Servpro of Florin

I am very pleased with the work that Servpro provided. Patrick and Chris came out for an initial inspection and were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. They completed a thorough investigation for mold and moisture, going under the home, where they identified the mold. They were able to come out quickly after we accepted the quote and were very flexible around my schedule. After they completed the job, they provided a full report that included additional findings about what could have led to the moisture and mold problem, and recommendations for preventative measures. They brought a hydroxyl machine and left it in my home to ensure the air was clear from any lingering smells upon my return, which provided great peace of mind in keeping my family safe. Patrick checked in the next day to ask if there had been any chemical smells, which there were not. I would absolutely recommend Servpro to anyone in need of mold remediation services and would choose them again if I ever needed their services again in the future!

Patrick and Chris were amazing! They were genuine in their assessment of the issues in my home as well as paying attention to what I explained to them and addressing all concerns thoroughly. Their timeliness to addressing this mold problem was exceptional as was the follow up visit to ensure everything was effective in removing the mold.
