This was not a good experience for me. I am a single woman and English is my second language. Not knowing any better, I called only one company and told them to check out my unit. I was told that I needed to replace my entire system. They gave me an initial cost of $15,299 for a 2.5 ton unit with a SEER rating of 16. When I question the high cost, they lowered it to $13,650. My house is small, approximately 1,090 square feet. They also told me that this is a very high efficiency system, thus the very high cost and that this system would qualify for a rebate from SMUD. They said they would send the necessary documents so that I could get my rebate. I have never received these. After the installation, I found out that a friend of my had a new system installed on their 1,500 square foot house for $7,700 from Clarke & Rush. Imagine how shocked I was to hear that. I have submitted complaints to the States Contractors License Bureau and the Better Business Bureau.

I have been using them for years. They have done a lot for me. When I had my air conditioning put in, some of the duct work was hooked up. The propane was leaking. They came in and made it all good. They weren't the ones who installed it.

I scheduled it, and then they came out. It wasn't an emergency. They came within several days of how long I scheduled the appointment. I couldn't tell you how log the work took. I can't remember.

Bryan Zick the tech that came for the yearly service for my central heat and air was on time, professional and friendly. The maintenance was thoroughly and clean up after was also complete. While here he asked if there was anything else he could assist with. I told him I was having trouble with a blown circuit breaker, he reset the breaker for me . Also, while getting his tools from the truck a lady down the street needed a jump for her auto. Had a little kid in the car and was on her way to pick up another from school and Bryan was able to quickly jump the car for her. His assistance in both those were way beyond his responsibility and very much appreciated. The other techs who have come from this company have also always asked if there was anything else they could assist with - it seems to be a company policy. I will continue to use this company and will refer family and friends to this company. Thanks Bryan.

They were professional and the rates seemed reasonable.

Everything is good about them. They were very professional and honest. They are very accommodating. They come once a year.
