Secure Data Recovery Services

I dropped the computer off on April 21, at their drop off location which is not where they actually do the work. I was told that they would pick up the computer and let me know within 3 working days if the data could be recovered. When I did not hear from them by April 26 I called, and was told that they were behind in their work, but would contact me on Wednesday, April 28. When I did not hear from them on April 28, I called on April 29 and was told that they were working on it and should have had the information for me, but would call me as soon as they did. When I called at noon on April 30 I was told that the computer was too old and they couldn't retrieve the data, that I should pick it up. When I picked up the computer, I found it untouched, the receptionist told me it had never left the drop-off facility. They had never done any work on it. I wasted approximately 2 hours of my life on drop off, pickup and holding on the telephone waiting for their response, for nothing. This company has extremely poor service. At best they are misleading to their customers. They also do not follow through on their promise to give information within 3 working days. If I had not called to find out what was going on, I don't know how long they would have kept my computer.
