Description of Work: Set up an appointment by email for 800 am - 1200 pm time slot...never arrived. Called at 12 15 pm and was informed technician will return my call in 20 min....waited til 2 00 pm, and then called to cancel my appointment. Very poor service!

+ -1 moreThey had to come out twice. The first time they did not have the ice maker and though the arm was the issue. That was not the issue and they then decided the ice maker. The technician was really straight forward and competent in his work. He did a nice job and I had no problem contacting the company. It was easy to get them scheduled out for when I needed. The only issues was that Samsung sent out the wrong ice maker for the second repair attempt.
Description of Work: I had them replace the ice maker for my Samsung refrigerator. I also purchased a warranty from them.

Description of Work: I've used Sears Parts & Repair Center for maintenance of our appliances. I also bought a new washer and dryer from them as they couldn't fix my old ones.
