Description of Work: Sam arrived and informed me he had a fractured rib or 2. Ouch!! He proceeded to replace some door locks and other small jobs. He was great as usual! :)

Description of Work: He fixed a broken light switch and a leaky bathtub faucet all within one hour including driving to the plumbing store for parts. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He also gave me a Quote on another job involving repairing wiring for a tv antenna. I was very impressed at how fast he was able to assess the problems and repair them.
