Hi, my name is Carl and I am the owner of Sacramento PC Pros your local home for all your computer repair, upgrade, service and technical support needs. Whether it's home or small business computer repair we're here to serve you. We service both Mac and PC computer systems. We serve the greater Sacramento area including Citrus Heights, El Dorado Hills, Elk Grove, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln. Rates are only $65 per hour. Most repairs can be done onsite, but if we can't fix it onsite we'll take it with us and bring it back at no extra charge.. For Example Most... - Computer Repairs: 1-3 hours - Computer Upgrades (i.e. Memory, CPU, etc...): 1 hour - Virus and Spyware Cleanup: 1-2 hours - System Recovery (Windows Reinstallation): 2 hours - Data Backup/ Recovery: 1-5 hours - Network Repair/ Configuration: 1-2 hours - Annual Computer tune-up: 1 hour We specialize in virus and spyware removal, home and small business network setup, wireless network setup and repair, emergency data recovery and most major and minor computer (Mac and PC) repairs and upgrades. We also do laptop repairs and upgrades. A full list of services includes: - Spyware/Virus Removal, Prevention and Education - Wired and Wireless Networks - File and Printer Sharing - Data Backup - Failed Hard Drive Recovery - Missing Data Recovery - Software and Hardware Installation - Motherboard part and connector replacement - Major and minor solder work - Mac Memory, CPU, Motherboard Upgrade/Repair - PC Memory, CPU, Motherboard Upgrades - Printer Installation/Configuration - Operating System Installations and Upgrades - Automated Backup Systems Don't think that just because your computer is having problems or is broken that you have to scrap it and buy a new one. For example we do replacement and repairs on broken laptop DC power jacks. We also perform first generation iMac G5 for video and power issue resolution. Most computers through a combination of inexpensive hardware upgrades and repairs can be made to run like new.
