Great, thorough, and professional home inspection! James performed a very professional detailed inspection of the new build home, and found structural issues that I would never have found on my own. James took his time to have multiple calls with me over the phone to discuss findings in his report, giving important context as to why certain places need fixing and what happens if fixes do not happen. During the inspection, the house was still undergoing construction and so some areas were not ready for inspection. James gave us detailed instructions on how we can inspect those areas after the construction is completed. James also proactively (without me even asking) discounted $100 on the inspection fee because of this, which goes to show James' conscience and professional conduct in this dealings with customers! James is a very professional inspector and I will definitely seek his company's inspection service again when the house warranty is up! Thank you James!
