Christine was very thorough and cleaned everything from top to floor. She left everything shiny and smelling great.

I purchased the pre-paid offer on Angie's List, which prompts you to provide a list of dates for the service at the time the purchase. Those dates came and went without Sacramento Green Clean responding to the availablity of those dates. The original purchase was on Sept 1st. By mid Sept I sent them a 2nd list of dates, and I got a response from "Wendy" at Sacramento Green Clean that she would review the dates and let me know. I never heard back from "Wendy". I followed up with Sacramento Green Clean and over phone calls and txt msg, I finally got the cleaning scheduled for Oct 1st. A few days prior to the cleaning, I got a call from the individual who would be performing the cleaning for Sacramento Green Clean who wanted to talk to me to 'schedule', the cleaning, preferably for the upcoming Saturday. I asked about the day/time the main office had booked with me and the cleaner indicate they didn't not know about it and could not do it at that time. It just became too difficult to get the services scheduled and so I asked for a refund on the pre-paid offer. The individuals at the main office seemed very nice and sincerely interested in getting me the services that I had pre-paid, however their business/scheduling processes seem lacking, no follow through, and disconnects with their cleaning teams/staff.

Christine was very thorough and punctual. She is very detailed in her work as well. Would have her again.

I gave specifics of what I wanted cleaned and they exceeded what I expected. Maria & Alma were worth the smile on my face after seeing my house clean again.

I bought a big deal for this service and I am very dissatisfied. Nothing was done. The came out, but it looked to me like they pretty much just sat around the whole time. When I was here she was talking on the phone a good portion of the time. I had to leave to go to a doctor's appointment. When I came home she was gone and not much was done. The price was mediocre and the quality was not good at all. She was Mexican. She did not speak English. I can't remember, but I think they were here on time. I am disabled and can't clean my own house so when I pay someone that much money to come and do just a few certain things and they are not done it is kind of irritating.

1. Christine did a good job, but I feel was on the immature side when asked if the following week she would clean tile grout. Christine did not show up to do this and another person had to be sent out. Christine should have told me upfront that she was "not comfortable in cleaning the tile grout" using a steamer machine. The person they sent out "Angela" did a great job on tile grout and showed up on time. I would use her again.

I had already done most of the cleaning but wanted to hire someone to do the tedious work like dusting the baseboards and scrubbing the oven. I had a list of 5 or 6 things. The woman who showed up spent about 30 minutes just vacuuming out the oven, which I thought was crazy. I went over to check on her a few times to see if maybe she died and left the vacuum running - but she was still kicking. She did not even get to #3 on my list because she spent so much time on the oven. That was pretty disappointing to me. She was professional and friendly, though.

I lived in an apartment and was having it cleaned. My roommate locked the door after I left it unlocked for them and so she was unable to enter upon arrival. I was unable to go there myself so they were patient and waited for the complex manager to come let them in. Did a thorough clean in the allotted time. Was very pleased and was updated with pictures via text when she was finished. Very personable staff and communicated very well.

Christine showed up and quickly got to work cleaning the In-Law quarters at my home which was in dire need of some deep cleaning! She did an amazing job! She was able to clean the entire place in the 4 hour time window, The father in law is so excited that he is actually trying to clean it from day to day, He came and borrowed my swiffer today to clean some "trouble spots"! Christine is truly inspirational! We would love to have her on a regular ongoing schedule.

I purchased "deep cleaning" services but there were a lot of items missed in the house (e.g., only one baseboard was wiped per room for three of five rooms), and the cleaning person was on the phone taking up time chatting with someone instead of working for a good 10-15 minutes of the service period. It felt like she was stalling in order to go over the 4 hours I purchased online.

Maria was very thorough, professional and courteous. She arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner. I would use her again. Great job!

I bought this service for a move-in cleaning. I have to say I am not impressed. We weren't living at the house yet and I made it clear that the house is empty. We made an appointment while someone would be at the house for a cable install. It was supposed to be 1 in the afternoon. At 8 pm the night before, the cleaner calls to confirm with me an 8 am cleaning. This is Sunday night, so I can't reach anybody through the company. I can't make it to the house by 8 am with 3 kids and I already arranged my cable install. The company gets back to eventually and apologizes that because of their special deals, they have been too busy and details got mixed up. Finally the cleaner states she will come in the afternoon. Her English was not good and it was difficult to understand. She didn't make it until 2:30 pm because she went to the wrong address. Her company never bothered to check with me my actual address. I only listed my mailing address on this site. At 2:30 only one cleaner shows up because her helper had locked himself out of his car. This cleaner was very nice, very hard working, but also very distracted. Constantly on her cell phone, communicating with her help to see what his status was. He eventually showed up at 3-3:30. Another problem is my house is just two big for two cleaners to tackle this job. It's 4200 sq feet. I told them just to get as much done as possible which ended up being the downstairs. To give an example as to how they clean the blinds, they just take a sweeper and tackle them pretty roughly. I have two handles that are now broken thanks to them. Also I checked the windows they supposedly cleaned - there were still spider webs on the window. I'm happy with the work they did on the floors and the garage. I'm glad they couldn't handle the upstairs, I probably wouldn't have been satisfied anyway. I ended up contracting another cleaning crew who came a few days later to basically clean the whole house again - minus the garage. I would consider their services in the future for maybe a light clean, but not a deep clean. But then I can do a light clean by myself. I think though for my house, I need a crew of at least 4-5 people, not a 2 person job.

She showed up on time and did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning the house.

It went very well. Christine did a fabulous job cleaning our kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, downstairs bathroom and master bath, all in 4 hours time. She was extremely thorough and we were very pleased with the outcome. We will most definitely use Sacramento Green Clean again!

The housekeeper was very professional and requested that I do a walk through to address any concerns I might have that she didn't address. All was well and I will request her again.

Misty did a great job. She was very professional and was not afraid to ask questions. She was easy to work with. When done, my home looked and smelled great.

Having Christine provide a deep cleaning of my 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage was a great experience! She was attentive to detail, efficient and professional. She went about completing each task, in each area of my home, confidently. She took time to inquire about any special needs I may have and promptly took care of my requests. Because of Christine's easy manner and thorough attention to detail I have signed up with Sacramento Green Clean to schedule Christine to come back every 4 weeks to provide the amazing service she did this last week! Thank you Sacramento Green Clean for hiring this young lady, who has such a great work ethic and sincere commitment to her current profession!

Christine did an excellent job, despite my checklist having been chewed up by my pups before she arrived. She even called to let me know she found something that looked like a checklist, but she had her own. I am glad Christine used her house cleaning checklist because it covered everything and more than what I could think of to ask. She even replaced the bedding on my guest bedroom bed. For the time I purchased, 4 hours for a $99 Angie's List deal, I could have not asked for more. I would ask for her return in a heartbeat. Sacramento Green Clean even scheduled my appointment for the next week from my purchase. I was sooooo thankful!

It went very well. She was able to complete everything I wanted her to do within the time frame. She communicated well with me as she went along letting me know if she was going to be able to complete everything. She also told me if she could not complete everything she would come back later if I wanted her to! I was very happy with the services she performed and I am going to have her back on a consistent basis!
