Description of Work: Initial visit seemed to go okay but after the housekeepers left, I found that several areas had been poorly cleaned or overlooked and was disappointed since I really was interested in finding someone to clean on a monthly basis. One of the housekeepers was significantly more efficient than the other. I do feel that the housekeepers were friendly and could be trusted in my home.

Description of Work: I've used California Green Clean for quite a few years, now, and I'm very happy with them. I usually have the same person as my house cleaner, but when she can't make it, they send someone else. ALL of their personnel are top flight. With other services and individual cleaners I've paid more and I've paid less than what I pay California Green Clean, but I've never had better service or a cleaner house.

Description of Work: They dusted very well and cleaned bathrooms and kitchen. They were very careful with my antiques which I really appreciated. Everything was done well except mopping the floors could have been done better. There were still crumbs in corners of kitchen and hair in bathroom corners which all should have been swept up first.

Like I said on the phone, I want all my clients to be happy. I am glad you were satisfied with most of the service. For one time cleanings we typically work at the client's discretion. But, I understand that you thought the cabinets and baseboards would have been cleaned without asking. My cleaners would have ideally asked for direction and I have clarified with them that they ALWAYS to that. They are somewhat new and will always ask in the future.
