Description of Work: I really appreciate the service I received from the provider. I now have an ongoing service from them twice a month. They are very good cleaners. And, has helped me out with special service within the 4 hours on my tile floor which was damaged by the previous housecleaner. I really appreciate Angie's List good service providers.

Description of Work: Be aware that this company uses individuals as subcontractors. Green Clean gets a cut of the price the individual subcontractor charges. The job done by the subcontractor "Maria" was excellent. Cleaned the bathrooms & fixtures removing all lime deposits in a very professional manner. Vacuuming of carpets exceeded our expectations, they looked like new. All |dusting and counter tops cleaned very well.

Description of Work: They are just wonderful. I was initially skeptical about anyone cleaning my place because it had gotten so out of hand. They were non-judgemental, cleaned, scrubbed and dusted away all the dirt and grime and left me with a clean home. Proud of the outcome, proud of their work. Great deal!!

Description of Work: The woman who came was very nice, and generally did what I asked. She was polite and friendly. I had understood that she would be bringing her own equipment. I had never hired a house-cleaner before. I was surprised that her "equipment" was very limited and quite old. It didn't occur to me that she was using her own personal things until after she left. She did not show a lot of energy, and the surface cleaning I asked for left some surfaces virtually untouched. My big gripe is that I later learned that the workers are independent contractors. That means they pay the company a fee to get the business, they get no Social Security or employment taxes (let alone any kind of job security). It's a very poor situation for them. I don't know about performance bonds or liability insurance, but I'm unwilling to contribute to what seems like an exploitative situation. I realize that most people probably won't feel that way, and that it may be no worse for the workers than a minimum-wage no-benefits job would be.

Description of Work: The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned thoroughly - including the microwave, refrigerator and oven. The bath tubs and sinks were spotless.
