Description of Work: Their cleaning skills are unquestioned. I have not seen such hard working and thorough cleaning ladies |before. But one thing I warned them about and asked them NOT to do is when they dust the wood blinds is to break off the rods that control the blinds. I have a brand that local blind service companies can't spare parts for. Yet after they left, what did I find in two windows: two broken wood blind rods snapped off at the tip where they connect to the blind mechanism. I specifically spoke to them about this, but they broke the rods anyway. After they cleaned the master bath, they not only picked up their cleaning supplies but my bottle of cleaning fluid too. (I guess they wanted to finish as much as they could, but I had forewarned the company clerk that I had more-than-average square footage.) As it stands, they rightly estimated more money was needed to finish the rest of the house (and I decided to skip the kitchen). Their work is thorough, but their speed and care about not breaking items is questionable.

Description of Work: Maria brought a young girl, I think her daughter. Maria did not speak English well and the young girl was very shy so I'm not sure if the problem was lack of communication or just lack of elbow grease. I asked her to spend the entire time if needed on one room. I wanted that room meticulously cleaned. She did spend a lot if time there but also did the next few items on the list and that's great. The problem is that the job in the first room was adequate at best. There was soap scum left under the soap dish, the floors and baseboards were not really scrubbed. I wanted a job done better than I have time to do myself and I didn't get it. I know that vinegar does not remove soap scum as well as bleach but I think bleach is a "green" no no. That could also be the problem. The house reeked of vinegar for a day after she finished but the results were disappointing. Actually made a deal for her to come back but then cancelled when I got a really close look a the work she did.

Description of Work: Scheduled appointment as requested, arrived on time, fully equipped with cleaning equipment and materials. Efficiently cleaned entire kitchen including cabinets, dusted whole house, cleaned and mopped entire porcelain tile floor in living area And kitchen. Misty was a tireless worker and accomplished more than I had listed even when I had to leave unexpectedly. I was spoiled and have since recommended Sacramento Green Clean to friends and will absolutely use them again! Misty rocks!

Description of Work: She was talking on the phone several times while working and spent about one hour cleaning the pretty clean stove even when I told her it did not need to be that clean. I cleaned the refrigerator and 2 other rooms because she was not able to get to them. I worked much faster than her. It was a small apartment.
