Description of Work: The cleaned my home. I really liked the person I had and used her several times after my initial cleaning. She ended up moving and I was not able to get a time that was convenient for me for the company to send someone else to clean. I ended up using a different company.

Description of Work: Soila arrived on time and did an exceptional job cleaning my house in four hours. It normally takes me six hours cleaning my nearly 2,000 sq ft home. She even did more cleaning than I. House was dusted, vacuumed, and moped. My furniture was vacuumed too! I have already booked cleaning for future months.

There are plenty of services out there that charge significantly than we do. We pay our cleaners well to keep them happy and working with us. Turnover is a huge issue in this industry and used to be more of an issue for us. We have resolved a lot of this issue by increasing our cleaner's wages last year. Description of Work: Vacuumed upstairs, one room, downstairs 1 bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. Some dusting cleaning counter and floor in kitchen. The young lady doing the work did a good job, considering cleaning my friends house needed lots of work as he is disabled and cleaning is impossible for him.

Description of Work: ...a bit of a language barrier. My fault. I wish I spoke more Spanish, err Espanol. I also felt bad they used all their own supplies. I showed them where we keep an abundant supply of cleaning stuff. They didn't use it. I wish they had so they could have saved the cost of their own.
