Description of Work: The office is very difficult to get hold of after you sign up. The woman they sent speaks VERY little English, so I have to try to contact the office to communicate. Finally gave up and use google translator directly with house cleaner. I DO like that it is the same person each time she cleans. Cleaning varies from time to time. Sometimes really good, other times, it looks rushed.

Very responsive to initial e-mail request for information. I was on a tight timeline and they were able to be flexible and creative and meet my need. Loved walking into a completely clean space that smelled lightly of lemon and not heavily of cleaning products. Excellent performance. I have recommended to friends.

The estimator showed up, on time a week ago. Very professional. Received a good monthly quote of $125 to clean my 1.8K sq. ft house. First time clean was more but very understandable considering the condition of my house. The two cleaners showed up on time and worked very hard for 3 hrs. House looks as good, if not better than when I moved in 25 yrs. ago (when it was a new house). Also, great that no household chemicals were used. All natural. Thanks!

The lady did fine work. We told her four hours, and she took the four hours. There were a couple of things that she didn't get done, but it was expected because we had a big list and we wanted to limit the cost. She did a great job! The price was competitive.

I am very happy with them. The person who works at the house is extremely quiet which I love. I like that they don't use any toxic products and have really good filter for vacuum which I asked them because that is very important to me.

The experience was ok, although the cleaner showed up about an hour late. They did answer my phone calls pretty quickly. I would consider them in the future. I have only used them one time. The lady that came was nice.

The first appointment was misguided (they went to the wrong house) but once we straightened that out and rescheduled everything was good. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, good at explaining what they were going to do and then doing it. Since this is green cleaning I was happy with the resulting lemony smell and that they got rid of mold and mildew without harsh chemicals. The woman who contacted me for the initial estimate is knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and gave me some excellent advice about my ant problem (total extermination, which my landlord agreed to). A pleasant experience, and I felt good about doing something "green."

Great. We have been using their service for over a year and have been quite happy.
Description of Work: They do everything for us and do a great job. The house is around 4500 sq feet and they take about 3-4 hours to clean with 2 people. In this day and age, as we find out how use of chemicals hurt the environment and our health, I think it is really important to use non-toxic cleaning products. They do an excellent job cleaning, are great to work with and we are happy to use them over the local competitors. (Merry Maids is SO overpriced and don't pay their team well for what they charge).
