Sacramento Green Clean

When I first made the decision to hire a cleaning service, it was important for me to find a green service that used products that would clean our house to my wife's satisfaction (she is not happy unless things are tidy) yet not threaten our health with toxic cleaners. Enter California Green Clean. I found them on a google search for green cleaning services in the Sacramento area and after reviewing their website, I was impressed (a well done website is usually a good indicator, but not the only indicator, of a good company). I was impressed by the list of cleaning products they used and happy to see that it wasn't just "Green Works." They did their homework on what is the best and healthiest cleaners. Of course, I did not just rely on their website, I also checked them out on the Better Business Bureau. Not only are they highly rated, but the are a BBB accredited business. After that, I decided to give them a go. The owner, Angela, came out and evaluated our home and gave us a quote. It was a bit higher than what some of our friends told us they pay, but I figured the benefit of having a clean and healthy chemical free environment in our home was worth the expense. You have your choice of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We chose the bi-weekly plan. She essentially told us that if her cleaners can reach it on a step ladder, then it can be cleaned. They even perform additional services, at no extra cost, such as helping out with the laundry, making up the beds, anything that can be performed within the allotted time (3 hours in our case). All and all, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service, whether they are "green" or not. I have had no complaints.

They arrived right on time, checked in with us on what we wanted done.? Originally thought it would take 5 hours but were able to finish the job in 4.? Asked questions when info was needed to do a good job and otherwise independently provided the service we requested and did it to an excellent standard.

Cleaning is competent and willing to go the extra mile when requested.

They were good. They showed up on time. I didn't like that they didn't do everything they could have done for the money. They were not as efficient. They were good at what they did do but they were slow about it.

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful job that California Green Clean has done for me. I will be honest. I am super picky. I have went through a lot of cleaners and never have been truly satisfied. I was very excited to see how California Green Clean would do because they seemed to have a great reputation on Angie's List.? The owner, Luba, was prompt and professional during the estimate.?? Elena and Olga, the cleaners that Luba assigned for me, are absolutely fabulous. They are hands down the best cleaners that I have ever used. It is truly a treat to come home and find my house sparkling. I am so glad that I found them.? I will never go else where.

I gave her general instructions, but she knew what to do. She was very efficient

Showed up on time. Did the work as agreed. Now a regular scheduled service.

They are honest people, but i wish they would have offered a higher senior discount. However, she was great trooper in finding other resources to assist me. She went above beyond to find an associate, in the business,?to help me meet my needs at a lower cost.

We weren't here when they did the work but we left a key for them to come inside and do the work.? When we returned we were very satisfied with the work they had done.

The two ladies that came to do the cleaning were prompt and polite and started to work right away. I went to work and got a message from Luba when the ladies were done. The initial cleaning cost more than her original estimate since it took the cleaners longer than Luba had thought?when she gave the estimate. This was the only down side, as my house was very well cleaned and didn't have any strong odors of cleaning supplies that I was expecting. They did a very thorough job and I only found a couple of small areas they missed, which I easily took care of.

They are supposed to come in this morning. They do a nice job cleaning and the house cleaner is very nice. On the price, I feel they are higher than the rest in the area.

They have done a good job and we have been happy with them.

I found them on Angie's List. They are licensed and insured. I have been very happy with them. The lady that comes was the first person that got the glass in my shower clean.

They did an excellent job - better than I could have imagined. The owner came and gave me an estimate and thoroughly explained how the company worked and the services they would provide. The cleaners came on time and did a wonderful job. They somehow managed to get hard water stains and mineral deposits off my kitchen and bathroom fixtures that I had never been able to budge. When they were done, the whole house was fresh and clean - just wonderful. Now that the house is in good condition, I will be having them clean every two weeks to keep it that way. I could not be more pleased with their services.

Their service was fine and there was no problem whatsoever.? We had just one problem and that was to get them on a timely basis because they were so booked up.? It?s not their fault though, it was just the scheduling.? They were very good and there was no problem.? It just took a while, that?s all.? They worked with our schedules.? They were very prompt.? When we did find to get a schedule, they were prompt and thorough.? It was good.? They were very good.? They took forever to get scheduled for housekeeping, like three months or something.? We will use them again in the future.

We spend $125 every two weeks on their services.? They all speak English and they come on time.? We have a personal cleaner that comes every time.? They see through and walk through all our details.? They use green products for cleaning.? There?s nothing right now that they should improve on.? We will use them again in the future if we need to.

Had an Angie's List big deal coupon that was going to expire soon so I went and used it. ?They were very busy filling all the expiring coupon jobs but were able to fit me in. ?Tech came out in the van, arrived on time and did a good job cleaning the carpets including moving the sofa. ?Had to pay an extra $15 for a 5 ft hallway and paid $10 more for a 8 foot runner carpet. ?Tech was friendly and professional.

They will be coming this Friday. Their price was reasonable. They were excellent. I would recommend them to friends and family members. I would use them in the future.

The house is sparkly clean, top to bottom. Our biggest cleaning issue in our house is the dust and cobwebs. So I specified that I wanted particular attention paid to that. The team of two spent five hours meticulously dusting and cleaning. I don't think my shower doors were this clean when they were brand new. The house smells really nice too - not like cleaning materials - just fresh and clean smelling. When I initially called to book the appointment I told the scheduler I didn't think the place was too dirty but now that her crew is gone I would have to say the difference is really remarkable. I will definitely use their services again.

I really like that they use environmentally safe cleaning products, and they do an excellent job.

It went very well overall. Person showed up on time and was diligently cleaning for the two hour period. Did well enough to make us ready to schedule company for periodic cleaning after the holidays.

They do a fine job, and I have used them for a year now.

They did a good job but had to reschedule once because they confused something. They called and rescheduled, then came out and did a nice job. I will use them again in the future.

Really have nothing to say but WOW! but I will tell more anyway. ?When I first called, was greeted with complete kindness and courtesy by office staff, and scheduled an appointment with almost no notice. ?Person who came to clean was professional, so nice, caring, and it was clearly apparent that EVERYONE valued my satisfaction as a customer first and foremost; from start to finish. ?She did a beautiful job at my rental home in almost no time at all and was shocked at how cheap it was for the work that was completed. ?I could never have gotten the house looking so beautiful even if with infinite time, and for that alone they are a complete value. I was not even there for the cleaning to request anything additional, and I am still this satisfied. ?After having my rental home cleaned I called and scheduled a consultation for a regular cleaning of my new home in Land Park. ?Angela came to my house almost immediately to discuss options and write up a personalized/detailed explanation of everything that would be done as well as all the ins and outs of the entire company and did so in an entirely "non-salesman" approach which I could not appreciate more. ?Of course I made the decision to set up regular service and could not be more happy. ?For the money and value alone they are great, and for the customer service and friendliness of everyone they are a GREAT group. ?Really feel I would not be as happy with anyone else.
