Maria did a very good job cleaning my house. There were some tough spots, hair spray on tile floor and mirror, which she cleaned beautifully.

I was pleasantly surprised that a house could be as clean with green products as it could with things like bleach. It absolutely changed my mind about going more green in my life. The cleaner arrived with all her own products, used her time efficiently, was friendly, and got the job done in a half hour less than the estimate I got from the friendly staff who set my appointment. I will continue to use this service not just because of how amazingly clean my house was, but of any of the cleaning service providers I have ever used, Angela at Sacramento Green Clean makes you feel a level of customer service one rarely experiences nowadays. I will recommend this service to my friends.

Angela was so speeding and helpful in getting my house done. I was having surgery, and Lurvin came in and did baseboards, blinds and deep cleaning. I was throughly impressed from top to bottom! Thank you so much!

Angela, the owner, was quick to respond and very professional. Got us scheduled as quickly as possible. She sent out Adi, who is amazing...very thorough and did a great job!! I also love that they use earth friendly products as that is important to our family. We just hired them to come back twice a month. : )

Terrible. I had an appt for 8am to have my whole house cleaned, which would take all day. We needed to move in the next day, so I was clear about timing. They TEXT me at 8:03am asking to reschedule it to 7pm that night due to an “emergency”. Unacceptable. Was I supposed to sit there all night with them while they cleaned until 3am!? I ended up cleaning the house myself and we hired a different company to come clean again after moving in (who showed up when they said they would). This service is not reliable and they do not take the customer needs seriously. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.

Maria provided eight hours of housecleaning for me. My house is large enough that she comes weekly and is trying to catch up to a point where she can just do a quick once over. I am very pleased with how clean everything is getting. I intend to continue having my house cleaned professionally. The floors are always in need of cleaning because I have three miniature Dachshunds and one miniature Australian Shepherd. The hair, dirt, and items brought in from outside make my tile floor an obstacle course. The floors sparkle when Maria is finished.

I was pleased with the work Maria performed. I intend to hire Sacramento Green Clean to come weekly to focus on different things and keep my house clean. Maria worked steadily from 8 AM until 4 PM.

Adie was prompt and very efficient. I was very pleased with her work. She was able to clean 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a living room and kitchen in 5 hours. She moped the floors and vacuumed the bedrooms, cleaned my stove and washed the front of the refrigerator and dishwasher. She also cleaned the microwave. I did not ask for the windows to be washed or the floors to be waxed.

Green Clean exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed that I did not need to do any further comparison shopping for maid service. Our Japanese bathtub was very hard to clean and there were stains on our bathroom counter that I could not remove, but everything was spotless. Even the hard to reach places all over my house were cleaned. There is no greater feeling than having a clean house. I am a clean freak by nature, but don't have the knowledge and proper cleaning supplies that Green Clean's experienced workers provide. I was impressed by the work ethic of the maid who cleaned my house since she did not take any breaks, and worked as hard as anyone in the construction industry (where I formerly worked). She was courteous, trustworthy and a hard worker. My decision to keep Green Clean was a slam dunk.

First visit went very well. Cleaner arrived promptly, was well-prepared with equipment and supplies and, per my request, products with no perfume/scent. After showing her around my home, she worked independently, quietly and thoroughly. I am pleased with her work and have requested recurring service.

The cleaners were very efficient and thorough and finished the job in half the time that I had originally asked for. Because of this I paid the regular hourly rate rather than the eight hour deal I signed up for. I was very happy. I was very happy with the job and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Cleaning was done very well. When I expressed more attention be given to certain problem areas, it was not only readily done, but done to perfect satisfaction. They even scrubbed the floor tile with a brush by hand. Though needed, it is hard to find someone who is willing to go to the needed lengths to have a job done thoroughly.

It wasn't up to my expectation. The thing was we were out of town, and my husband had to open the door for them to come in. The house was empty, and we were moving in. I only needed certain things to be cleaned only for moving in pretty much. I was out of town, and husband was at work. I opened the door, and had them to clean certain places. I had a list for them. I came back, and it was more of an clean, not an deep clean. I wasn't happy with them. For the cost, I asked for an refund. I again, had a list for them, and had places I really wanted to clean. Thy called up my husband, and the house isn't going to be cleaned on time. We are going to add this many hours. If I were here in town, I would have put my foot down, and this is what I wanted to be cleaned on this list. Please concentrate on those. Everything else is fine, because we are going to have a separate company to clean carpets. We did not want them for that stuff. It was business clean, not deep clean. I wanted to put utensils in the drawer when I moved in, and I couldn't do that. When we told then my issues with their quality of work, they did not agree on refunding me any money, but they did two more hours, and two additional cleaners. Even with that, its not really satisfy. I wanted a price cut, so I could get my own chemicals and clean it myself. If they stuck to what I had wanted them to do, I would have given an A or B, but because they added to it because I was out of town, it was wrong for them to do that. Even though my husband was there, he didn't know to do that. They did clean, but it wasn't the best. Every time I called, I responded back.

Horrible. They were over 20 mins late without even a phone call. I had to contact them. I was told 3 people were coming and it was only 2 (that made me even later for my next appointment). They did not have stainless steel cleaner or a vacuum. Very unprofessional.

Angela was very responsive and detailed about the services they provided. They were able to accommodate my schedule and I have been receiving regular services for a couple of months now and am very happy with my housecleaner. I would recommend Sacramento Green Clean if you are looking for professional services.

Didn't get the work done as they are too busy /or don't want to service the area that I live in. Extremely frustrating and difficult to deal with. I have purchased 3 housecleaning deals from other vendors and all were successfully scheduled on the first try. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The technician that cleaned my home did a fantastic job. She allowed me to choose the areas for her to focus her attention and left my home smelling clean and looking very fresh.

We just moved from the Bay Area and were very sad to leave our prior housekeeper of many years behind. The housekeeper was prompt, communicative and very reasonably priced. She comes with her own environmentally friendly cleaning products, but was happy to use the granite cleaner I had from the installer. I look forward to hopefully a long & happy relationship with this company.
