Sacramento Green Clean

The cleaner was on time and helpful. I cleaned along side of her so I could see she was doing good work.

The experience was just ok. I have had other cleaners in the past who do excellent work so I am gauging them by past experience. I did chores in the back yard so as to stay out of their way. I came in 15 minutes before it was time for them to and they informed that they were done and leaving (they had all cleaning materials out the door already. ) They may have been trying to catch up on time as they arrived 15 minutes late I would have preferred they wait until I could check things out as I did find dust in areas that could have been taken care of in those 15 minutes. I would rate them a B- or C+.

It was Ok. I am a little bit of a stickler and was looking for a spring cleaning as advertized. I was hoping for a little bit more thorough. Two ladies came, very polite, finished job in less than 2 hours (<4 hour labor). General swifter dusting, scrubbed tile surfaces, general cleaning of overall house and both bathrooms and vacuum. After the ladies finished, I noticed table and top services were dusted. However, I saw dust on baseboards of furniture (i.e., couch, dinning room chairs, nights stands.) I was looking for a more thorough then a quick cleaning. Like I said I am a bit of stickler.

The company was very responsive in answering my call and scheduling the service soon per my request. The woman who did the cleaning called the day before to confirm, arrive exactly on time, was very pleasant and did a wonderful job !!

I called Friday at 5:00 pm. Left a voice message that I would like to have a duplex thoroughly cleaned in preparation for new tenants. Stated in my message that I understood they were closed for the weekend, but to please return my call on Monday so we could discuss. Answering machine stated that "we try return calls the same day." I was expecting a return call on Monday. Two weeks later, no return call. I obviously moved on. It's sparkly clean and new tenants are moved in and happy, no thanks to this outfit. I'm guessing they didn't have time for me with the release of coupon they had posted, but the coupon didn't apply to me since it was a rental property. Since the cleaning was being paid for by the tenants who left it a mess, they could have charged me just about anything. Coincidentally, I am now also looking for regular cleaning service for my personal home. Guess who I'm NOT calling. Must be nice to be so flush with work that you don't have time to call back a new prospect.

Originally, I called the company, left a message and no response. A couple of weeks later, the Owner called, and appologized. The Office Manager had an emergency, and the Owner said she was swamp with everything that was going on. She continuted to appologize for not returning my call. She scheduled a Saturday appointment for the same week.. The Cleaner, was coming a long distance, and called me to let me know she was going to be a few minutes late. As she got closer, she called again to tell me she was about 10 minutes away. When she arrived, she brought all the cleaning materials. My bathroom, especially the shower was a little on the dirty side, due to my back problems, and unable to maintain the cleaning. She missed a few spots, but cleaned the bathroom very well considering its condition. She dusted the furniture, and vacumn the bedroom. She also cleaned the sliding glass door grids. The only negative comment is that whatever she used to mop the floor, left the floor sticky. But I'm sure, if told, she would change the product. Overall, I was pleased with her cleaning. Later, I probably will hire her on a bi-weekly basis. I can't give the rating an A because it wasn't perfect, it was more a B+. The Cleaner (I can't remember her name right now) was very pleasant, friendly, professional, and cheerful. Later, the owner called me to see if I was happy with the results, and I am.

I was pleased with their green products and their price is reasonable so I was happy with them. I was very impressed with the company because they were responsive and very professional. There were some circumstances happened that?s why I wasn't able to use their services.?

Arrived on time. There were two of them. Very nice and went right to work. I sat on the patio and let them do their work. Two hours later they were done. The thing I liked was the cleaning solutions had no smell, so I didn't have to worry about harmful chemicals for the pets and me. They did a very nice job. Very pleasant women.

.She did a great job. Was there and unloaded when I got home from work. I was amazed at how much she could get done in such a short time. I wasn't in a position to hire a regular housekeeper at the time, but I highly recommend this company. I just bought another big deal from them and if all goes well I'm planning to set up a regular cleaning schedule with this company

Was hired to do spring cleaning including cobweb removal from high ceilings, high dusting down to vacuuming the carpet. In addition she mopped the floors and cleaned the bathroom.

Our recently blended family means we now have a kid with asthma living in a house with multiple cats. To help minimize the dander and cat hair we decided to have the house cleaned regularly. At the same time, because she is really sensitive to chemicals we knew we would have to try a company that used gren cleaning products. Now, the house is clean and the kids and kitties can live together without incident.

California Green Clean has been great. They clean very thoroughly and leave our home sparkling.

Angela, our house cleaner, always leaves our home looking great when she leaves. She is friendly, honest, efficient and thorough. We've used the services of several house cleaners over the years, and Angela ranks at the top--certainly the best one in many years. 10/26/2013 update: My wife Linda says: I want to share my good fortune now that the holidays are approaching. I usually don?t post reviews (this is only my second one). But I am so happy with California Green Clean that I think they deserve a good review. I have been using them to clean my home since September 2012. They clean for four hours every other week. I like them so much because: 1. The house cleaners are professional. When they arrive, they get to work. 2. They have a strong work ethic. 3. They clean everything. They never tell me, ?I didn?t have enough time to do ?.? When they leave, my home looks like the house cleaner was here. 4. They use ?green products.? 5. Their office is efficiently run, meaning no mix ups or missed days. 6. They are reasonably priced. I hope you are as happy with California Green Clean as I am.

This worked out fine. The woman who did the work is not longer working with them.

All the house cleaners are very nice ladies. They vacuum, mop, clean kitchen cabinets, dust, wax furniture, etc. Some are faster, some not, but it doesn't matter. It all gets done. My objection is that I seldom get the same person twice. I don't like to have to explain each and every time what I want done and how to do it. I understand they will try to change this.

I called them; they called back. we agreed to an appointment time. They cleaned; I was happy.
