Very well. Very satisfied with the results

We started using CGC a little over two years ago (I think, time has flown by).? We loved the fact that they used green products and reusable cleaning cloths.? We had a few issues with communication and have since been taken care of.? We are back to regular service every 2 weeks and are extremely happy with CA Green Clean.? I would recommend to anyone needing housecleaning service.

Was disappointed in the overall service. Had to request the waste basket to be emptied in the bathrooms..before the provider departed. Would expect this to be a "given".

It started out fantastic and we could not have been happier and because of this, we agreed to a 40% hike in the price! Slowly, the quality of cleaning degraded and although I called the office twice to inform them that I was displeased, it marginally improved and then reverted to the poor quality once again. Furthermore, the office staff had no problem chastising me when I failed to leave a check, put the animals out, did not cancel timely, etc. Very disappointed because I thought I had found the provider I was seeking ? back to the drawing board.

Very professional, very prompt. Not as thorough in kitchen as preferred. May have needed more overseeing from me. Overall, I was pleased.

Made the appt. and they showed up at exactly the appt. time. There was two workers for two hours each. Came in and introduced themselves and started working. They made the beds, dusted, mopped, emptied all trash cans, cleaned counters and shelves. Were very fast and accurate with everything. Nice to know I can enjoy this weekend and I do not have to clean.

I've used CA Green Clean for the past few years and have always been happy with their work. This year, eventhough my property was cleaned by them again, I noticed a few things that did not represent how the company has been in the past. #1 I had to call them at least 3x to get an appointment, after I was promised they would call me right back (I guess they are busy); #2 after I provided a list of what I really needed cleaned, the tops of all the fans in the property were not dusted. They offered to come back to dust the fans; however, with renting the property, I just didn't have time for them to return.

She did a great job and didn't miss a thing.

They did a fairly good job. Two women came to spend two hours deep cleaning my bathrooms and the wood blinds in my home. I thought the bathrooms were cleaned well. The blinds were wiped down and not cleaned as deeply as i expected. Otherwise, they were professional.

Hadn't hired anyone to clean my house before, so wasn't sure what to expect. When I got home, I could not believe how much they had gotten done! Far exceeded my expectations. Bathrooms, kitchen, floors all spotless, dusting, etc. They even cleaned the toaster oven! I was thrilled and will certainly hire them again!

She arrived when scheduled. She was very pleasant. She was efficient and thorough. My questions were answered politely.

We had a pretty good experience with the actual cleaner on a previous visit. Nice work, nice person. But the office is impossible to deal with! I called to schedule another cleaning and the office person said she would call me back when she found someone to cover it. She didn't call me back. I called her back the next and she was still working on it and she would let me know. They had my phone number wrong and we corrected that, but she never called me back. So I am left hanging. This is quite inconvenient -- if they want business, they should follow up. I won't ever call them again even though I liked the first, only cleaning we had. Too much hassle. There are lots of housecleaning services. I'll use a different one

Excellent and attentive to all details. I have antiques and they were extra careful in their cleaning services.

First, I had to call twice to reach somebody at the company ("Rose"). Finally, when the day arrived, I didn't get a confirmatory call that the cleaners would be out at the appointed time. I finally got a cell call from one of the cleaners saying they were delayed about an hour, which I thought was courteous. The two cleaners (Aisha and Erica) showed up and got to work right away and did a pretty good job. I next got two voice messages from Rose asking me about the service. I was unable to return call right away, but finally called her. So I'm thinking "OK, well, the cleaning job is pretty good, so maybe I'll hire them on a regular basis to come in once a month or so. When I got ahold of rose, I heard all kinds of noises and what appeared to be confusion in the background. So I ask Rose about the cost and schedule of regular cleaning, who said she'd get back to me. That was about two weeks ago. Never called me back. So I'm thinking to myself "How reliable are these people? Why should I, as the customer, have to beg them, by several phone calls, to take my money?" I have a relatively small tract house, about 1700 square feet, but in a nice middle class neighborhood. I dunno. Maybe they don't want to waste their time on a small house. I'm almost 70 and retired and have neither the time nor the inclination to put up with bad customer service. I ran a business for a number of years. If I treated customers like this I would have been out of business in the first 3 weeks. I'm very dissatisfied. Totally unacceptable.

It was okay. The cleaners were very nice and the initial call was very responsive. I told the scheduler that I'd like to talk about a monthly service and was told that we'd have the conversation after the cleaning was completed. I've yet to hear back and know that my home wasn't a disaster-zone to warrant a non-response. The team wasn't entirely thorough, but for what I needed, it was fine.

We got off to a rough start with mis-communication about scheduling. They couldn't do it the day I needed, but I wasn't on a tight schedule so that was fine. We talked about looking at setting up service for that Friday. I never got a call to confirm. When I called to check, I was told it was set for the following Monday. We talked again and I was told it would be the next day. Luckily my job allows for a lot of flexibility so I was able to work from home a second day. They were more than professional in appologizing and allowing extra time at no charge to ensure the whole house would be completed. The crew arrived early, so I had run an errand thinking I had time and returned to the crew trying to call me and their equipment at my front door. However, once we got settled...it was a fantastic experience! The two person team went straight to work. They were thorough, very pleasant, very attentive to detail. They even did "extras" I didn't expect or ask for...such as straightening my shoes in the closet and giving little corner folds on the toilet paper! The house looked and smelled wonderful. I would gladly use this service for any future needs. I can't afford to have it on a regular basis, but their prices are very reasonable and the service is well worth the price! I was thrilled with the result!

Wiped down cabinets, wiped down refrigerator, shined appliances, cobwebs, dusted ornate furniture and mirrors. Did hardwood floors as well as vacumming.

They were fine, but I found someone else who is cheaper.

California Green Clean did an okay job. However, I paid for what they called a deep clean and I really didn't feel like I got that. To me, it meant one thing and to them, it meant something else. It was adequate but it was not something I would consider a deep cleaning. They called shortly after I bought the coupon. They came very soon after. I felt that the coupon had a good price and they advertised it as a deep cleaning. To me, deep cleaning means that they get into the dusting and cleaning. I didn't feel like that was what happened. They didn't more furniture. She did a good job on my bathrooms. I thought that there, she did the deep cleaning. But for the rest of the rooms, she didn't move the furniture out and wash the floor and so forth. That's what I really considered a deep cleaning. It was adequate but not exceptional. She came late and left early. She was very professional.

The experience with them was good. My main problem with them was getting in contact with them, hearing back and arranging things but the job that they did when they came out was good.

I purchased a Big deal for California Green Clean. They showed up ahead of time. They stopped 10 minutes early of the 2 hours to gather all the tools. I asked them to specifically clean the ceiling fan in the great room, light above the dining room table, blinds above the kitchen window and the stove hood vent. They did not touch the light or hood vent. The ad states they don't do windows, so if you have glass doors on your cabinets that don't do them either. The bathrooms mostly got cleaned except the sinks. They sent 2 people for 2 hours to clean. The girl in the kitchen was?removing the knives out of the block and wiping them down which was a waste of time. In order to get to the blinds she had to take all the pots off the pot rack but didn't clean the chains holding the rack, still had cobwebs. I had to let them use my step stool because they wasn't prepared for the job. They had said that the boss wants them to do 5 houses a day so that doubts my honesty towards them.

Called and let me know she was on her way and when she would arrive. It was right on time. She asked to be shown around and what I felt was most important. She did a wonderful job and I was very happy with the results. I would have this company back when ever I need a good cleaning job. I had broken 2 bones in my back and had. Even unable to really do a good cleaning and she took care of everything that needed attending to.

We made contact with the company after the "big deal" was purchased and made arrangements to have them come to the house while my wife and I were at work. They had indicated that the service was for 4 hours for one person or 2 for two people and that it may take more time for them to get the house cleaned due to it's size (1900 sq ft). We told them at that time we were willing to pay for an extra hour if need be to insure everything got done that needed to be done. We also told them that we wanted them to concentrate on the bathrooms and kitchen, move on to the common living areas and work on the bedrooms last. They apparently didn't communicate this to the cleaners because they started in the upstairs bedrooms first and did the kitchen last. The job was very half hearted. Some surfaces were dusted, others weren't and if they were, it wasn't done thoroughly. The kitchen counters were wiped down but not cleaned. All the fixtures were left untouched and the master shower stall was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I could go on and on, it was just not a very good job. They did not stay the extra hour that we were willing to pay for nor were we contacted to authorize the extra time. No follow up was made after the service was complete. No further communication was initiated until I initiated it and even then, it was some time before I was actually able to connect with Angela. Once I was able to talk to Angela, she apologized for the inadequate service and offered to send another cleaner out free of charge for two hours. After another mis-step in getting someone to our house, we finally got two cleaners there for two hours and paid for another hour for an additional $40.00. They did a much better job the second time around but still missed a couple things and I still don't think that they did as thorough a job as they could have on the shower stall (there is a bit of soap scum build-up but it'll come up with a little elbow grease). Overall, I'm not totally impressed with their professionalism and service. I still have yet to receive a follow up call to see how things went the second go around which I would think would be standard procedure especially considering we weren't happy the first time. We paid for a deep clean and I really don't believe that's what we got. We may have only paid a total of $139.00 for this service but it was supposed to be $250 worth of sewrvice and had I paid that retail rate, I'd be really upset.

California Green Clean did a good job. ?They did an excellent job in the kitchen. ?There was a safety issue with my two story living room, but understandable. ?The pricing and quality was good. ?They were very punctual and responsive. ?I would use them again in the future.

Communication was good to confirm appointment and called 30 minutes prior to update. Did spot checks and spray prior to main cleaning. Did a very thorough job in a very timely manner. After the cleaning was done, he spent a few minutes to give us some pointers on things that can help our carpets, this was a very experienced individual. The carpets look great. We will definitely use again.
