I have had CA Green Clean for years. Highly recommended. Professional and thorough. The cleaners also clean out my refrigerator for a small additional charge (once a quarter or so).

Antoinette is very thorough and responsive to request. We have two dogs and a cat and she does a wonderful job.

Juana is an absolute delight and cleans the house efficiently and thoughtfully.

Went well, but a bit slow in the the beginning regarding attention to detail and instructions.? There has also been a big overturn in employment, causing us to not know who is coming to our home at times.? There is one cleaner who comes every week and does well, but she keeps bringing in new cleaning partners.? I don't care for this part of the service, because I'd like to know who is going to be in my home on a regular basis.

We have been using this company since 2009 for our regular housecleaning. I have always felt like they do a great job, and the cleaners are very professional. I like the fact that they use greener cleaning products, especially since we have children and pets. Our house always smells clean, not like cleaning products. I have always had a positive experience when I call the office as well. We plan on continuing to use their services as long as we are using house cleaners.

It went well. Arrived on time, got right to work and was steady.. Performed details I did not expect. Liked the natural products the use. Loved her mop so when I could drive, bought one as it would be so much easier to clean the mop part and maneuver than the one I have. Billing process convenient. I rarely rate anything all A's. I am having her come back, so what does that tell toy.

California Green Clean does an excellent job. I've been using them for at least two years and they've been great. Much better than the other cleaning services I have tried. They are green so I don't have to worry about toxic cleaning materials being used in my home.

I wrote a review back in August when the service from CA Green Clean seemed to have fallen significantly and we had issues over several months. After working with the owner and having an understanding of her challenges we decided to give the company another chance. I LOVE that they use Green products and the cost is very reasonable, so I wanted to start the service again and see how it went. We have started back up with regular service and I am extremely happy with how it is going. With a new office manager the communication is great. The women show up on time and get right to work and do an excellent job. I feel that CA Green Clean's business challenges have been overcome and the result has been great communication and service.

The two ladies were great. They did a great job cleaning my home. I have antiques and there were mindful of that. Juawa was simply wonderful.

The CA Green Clean team has been providing high quality cleaning for my home on an ongoing basis. They are professional and very responsive. I appreciate that they check-in the day before they service my home. I often have special requests and they are very responsive. There's a lot of dust and dog hair in this house but the ladies from California Green Clean get all of it! I've used their services for many years and although staff have occasionally changed, the thorough cleaning has been consistent. It's a joy to come home to a clean, fresh smelling house.

They did a good job vacuuming and dusting, but did not clean the bathrooms very well. They didn't do master shower, but moved things around to appear clean. There was still soap scum. They also missed the downstairs bathroom all together.

We first had the deep cleaning through Angie's list. It took weeks to schedule, as they seemed to be overwhelmed in the office. They sent two cleaners and one of them was 45 minutes late, yet didn't make up for the time she had missed. However, they did do a very thorough job. We decided to give the company another chance with a regular bi-weekly cleaning. They sent a new cleaner who came alone and was actually wonderful (Rebecca). However, scheduling or dealing with the office was very difficult and it took months to get an invoice. Scheduling and invoicing were just taking too much of our time to make this service worthwhile. We had arranged to have the deep cleaning as a means of testing the company. If I could simply hire Rebecca without the office, I would have done so. However, scheduling seemed to always be difficult, invoicing impossible and for the price ($140/4 hours) it just didn't seem to be worthwhile to deal with the unresponsiveness of the service. I also think that Davis is really just a bit out of their geographical range. I guess it came down to expecting seamless service when one hires a professional company at these prices.

I am delighted with the work that is done. I have used them for several months (they come every 4 weeks) so have had plenty of time to see how well they do. At first, there were two cleaners @ 2 hours then one @4 hours. Each time the work was done as I requested

The two Cleaning Ladies came on time. I showed the rooms and explained what I want them to do, and they went straight to work. My house was sparkling clean when the ladies left. Overall, I was very impressed with the material they used and the knowledge of work.

It was not good. The home looked cleaned at the end of the service. However, as I was finishing several repairs later that day, I discovered that much had been poorly cleaned, even areas I had specifically requested in writing to be cleaned well: shelves and cabinets, floors and bathrooms. I had to spend over two hours going through the house cleaning the many areas that had been missed. I should have gone with my suspicions when the cleaner showed up and did not have a ladder to reach the upper shelves and cabinets. After completing the cleaning (for moving in the next day), I contacted California Green Clean by email pointing out the problems. A representative called and offered to come back to clean again, but I declined this since I'd already finished the cleaning myself given my deadline for moving in. The representative said she would let the owner know about my problems and he would contact me, but he never did. I was completely dissatisfied with the cleaning because it was so poorly done. I would not use them again, despite all the very positive reviews.

It was good. They didn?t get as much done as I had hoped because she was training a new maid at the same time, so it made her back step. They didn?t quite get the house done. They probably got about three quarters of the house done in the time frame. The quality was good; it was just the fact that she was trying to train someone, so it was making her slow. The other person didn?t know what they were supposed to do. I did talk to the owner. She said that she was sorry that it was the way it was. She did have them stay a little bit longer. I wouldn?t use them again because of the fact that I was a brand new client, and they sent somebody who was inexperienced and wasn?t as efficient as they could have been for the time period that I paid for. With regard to quality, what they did do was really good. With regard to responsiveness, she called back right away and got it scheduled. I would definitely consider them again in the future.

It was good. The woman who came to clean was very good, very friendly and professional. That was positive. The negative was that it was very difficult to arrange for a time for them to come out. There was a fair amount of miscommunication about the services that they would provide and what time they would be here. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It was unclear; we thought they were going to bring two people to come out and clean and work for four hours. Only one person came for four hours but did most of what we wanted to have done. It wasn't that big a deal. They said that they normally send two people and only one person came. Also we scheduled it for 9 o'clock and the person showed up at 8 o'clock. She was too punctual. They said they would do windows but then when she came she wasn't really prepared to do windows. There was confusion about what to do apparently. This is all about the organization and not about the particular person that came out. We are concerned that the organization will get back with this review and say, "Who did this one?" and then say, "You're fired" or something. The grading is based on the organization and not the person that came out.
