Sacramento Green Clean

The service turned out good. It was prompt. They did the service within a week, and that was good, considering the number of purchases their way. They sent out a lady, she was here for 4 hours, and she did everything that I asked her to. There were no additional charges. They arrived as they said they would, it was a quick assignment, and I liked that they put me in so quickly. I needed the work done earlier than later. They are professional.

It was through, and that was without direction. This is at least the fourth time, but this is the first time with this person. I did call angieslist and gave her report immediately, and that was I think should be done, good or bad. I think you do need that feedback. I will use it again absolutely, but I would ask for this particular person.

Juana arrived on time and was fantastic. Deep cleaned both bathrooms, kitchen, vacuumed and wiped down surfaces. Everything looks great and would use again.

It turned out well. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I had them come back to do regular cleaning. There must have been something wrong with the young girl that came, because suddenly she was gone. They called me and said that she no longer worked there. A few days later the lady called and asked me if I had given this girl a check and I said, "Yes. I had." Apparently, she absconded with the check. I don't know, but that's what it sounded like. They're going to send another lady next week. I'm sticking with them for now and it should be fine. Their price was average. They charge what everybody else charges. The quality was good.

The service went fine. One person came out for the cleaning. I had them clean the baseboards of my home.

I paid 120.00 in advance for the spring cleaning special. They were excellent about notifying/scheduling and also called the night before to confirm. The company said they would send 2 cleaning persons that would work for 2 hr. from 9:30 to 11:30 am. They continued cleaning past that time though, and when I questioned them about it they said they were told to stay til 12:15pm. But at 12:20 they were still cleaning and I had to go to work so I asked them to leave. I was concerned because I didn't know if I would be charged extra for the extra time. Also I noticed my shower door was loose and I was concerned that they had somehow knocked it off the hinges. I called the next day and their boss said that she authorized the extra time because my house needed a lot of cleaning (which is totally true). And that she would not charge me extra for the extra time. Also she offered to reimburse me for repairs to the shower door. Today I asked a handyman to have a look and I found out that the door hinge was corroded so it wasn't their fault, it was just a coincidence that it broke when it did. The cleaning itself was excellent. I had been struggling to get certain items clean such as the door handle of the refrigerator and they got those items clean. They had a positive attitude also which was nice. There was no harsh chemical smell either. Overall I would hire them again, just would have like better communication when they opted to stay longer.

Juana was nice and did more than I asked. I was very happy with her work and scheduled regular cleanings with her.

I had sold the house and thought I needed to clean it but the auction house did all the cleaning so I just just didn?t need the deal anymore.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Juana showed up on time, went to work immediately. My house has never looked this good. Would you the service again.

I always have some people I knew through somebody, so they would have my house keys and they got a lock box and that's great.? They keep my key in a lock box on my premises that they don't have my key on their personal possession.? I haven't done professional cleaning before so this is nice.? I like that they remind me or call or text me and confirm me that they're going to be there tomorrow.? She does a good job in the house and it was nice.

From what I remember, everything went fine. They called to confirm, which was good. They were professional and they got the job done.

They did a very through job. I was happy with the results.

They did an o.k. job but did not clean as deeply as I expected or as much. Went with a different cleaning company that did both.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. We used them pretty consistently up until we moved. They are very nice people.

Scheduling was fine. They cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and floors, which were a combination of carpet and hard floors. There was a team two and it took them about 2-3 hours to finish the job. The ladies were very nice but I believe they forgot to do one of my kitchen granite countertops. Other than that, they did a great job in the rest of the house.

There was some confusion over scheduling the cleaning. Company had to reschedule but they were gracious about it. Cleaner (Antionette) called the day before to confirm appt. Nice young woman arrived a few minutes after appointed time. Got right to work and worked steadily. Did a thorough job but she didn't seem to do a deep cleaning (e.g., used spray and damp cloth/mop vs. soap and water). Ripped up a towel to use as cleaning cloths and left behind (in washer) numerous dirty cleaning cloths. Ended up taking bottle of my own cleaner and brush for my vacuum. Company called to follow up on my satisfaction after the cleaning (didn't get a chance to return their call). Moderately satisfied with thema nd may use them again but still looking for a cleaning services I'm very satisfied with.

4 hours of cleaning. Their cleaning was satisfactory.

I wanted some deep cleaning done at our house. They had a deal through Angie's List. It all went fine. They did a nice job. I was kinda hoping for more to get cleaned but I have pretty high expectations. They were very nice and professional.

Thank you California Green Clean. As soon as the ladies left, we called Rosie to schedule another visit before our holiday party. Very, very pleases with the great job they did on our home.

Paloma arrived 45 minutes early, which worked out fine. She is an asset to the company; she worked from the moment she arrived until she left four hours later. She is pleasant, efficient and quite thorough in what she was able to do alone. However, for the "Angie's Special" price of $120, I had expected that they would send a term of cleaners (at least two). The house had not been cleaned in over two months due to illness in the family, which I told Rosie when I set up the appointment. None of the furniture was moved, so there is still dust and whatever under and behind the sofas and chairs. This would not have been a problem if a team had been sent. The light fixtures in the hallway were not dusted, but that's a minor problem. I take full responsibility for not communicating better with Rosie. The house is presentable, and I would not be embarrassed to have visitors, but I am a bit disappointed that a few things were left undone. It is not necessary for California Green to contact me. As far as I am concerned, this transaction is completed.

When I called to set up a date for cleaning I was told that two persons would be there for the cleaning at 2 hours for each person.? On the date only one young lady came, and stated she was alone and that she would clean for 4 hours. As the fourth hour came she still had an hour of cleaning to do and stated that she gets $10.00 an hour and the company charges $20.00 an hour,? She said for $20.00 she would finish. I am 80 years old and each Saturday I do the same cleaning she did in less then three hours, plus wash clothes in between cleaning as my wife is unable to do this kind of work now,? I think she could have cleaned the house in less then three hours, put she worked slowly to earn the extra pay.(we did pay her for the extra hour)? We were not to pleased with the way she cleaned and we would not recommend this company for cleaning.

I want to share my good fortune now that the holidays are approaching. I usually don?t post reviews (this is only my second one). But I am so happy with California Green Clean that I think they deserve a good review. I have been using them to clean my home since September 2012. They clean for four hours every other week. I like them so much because: 1. The house cleaners are professional. When they arrive, they get to work. 2. They have a strong work ethic. 3. They clean everything. They never tell me, ?I didn?t have enough time to do ?.? When they leave, my home looks like the house cleaner was here. 4. They use ?green products.? 5. Their office is efficiently run, meaning no mix ups or missed days. 6. They are reasonably priced. I hope you are as happy with California Green Clean as I am.
