In my brief contact they were quick to respond within the Angie's List website.

They were a little late but they did a good job.

I purchased the deal on Angies List for 125$ for two hours. While I was thrilled with the work done, the ladies were over 30 min late due to car problems, which was fine, but then they left early, so they wouldn't be late for the next appointment. Despite these two set backs, I was VERY happy with the work they did and contacted Green Clean asking for an estimate to have them back once a month. I NEVER heard back. I used their own website and web form to contact them, so someone saw my message, but forgot to call me, or decided once a month wasn't worth the trouble. Disappointing, because I was SO happy with the two ladies who cleaned my home, I would hire them back ANY day!

Amazing customer service. The owner personally contacted me to review my specific needs in detail. I cannot say enough about Maria the cleaner who was prompt, professional and hands down the best cleaner I've ever head. She got things cleaner than I realized they could be. Okay, I'm talking about a sink and toilet in the bathroom used by my teenage sons. I'd given up. Disgusting. Maria left the entire bathroom sparkling. I plan to use CGC again and highly recommend them.

I just joined Angies List and my first try was with California Green Clean. The scheduling was easy and last night I came home to a very clean home and they put effort into the items I had listed. Great experience.

They usually send two people but the woman they have sent the past two times can handle it alone, so last time she came by herself. She was very pleasant and got right to work, finishing in the allotted time. I have a large oak floor and she has cleaned the entire floor when I ask, or just the area that I request done that day, taking the extra time to work on something else. The office calls periodically to check on the job.

The cleaning ladies(Wanna) are exceptional, very courteous and professional, and very friendly.? We have them schedules every two weeks now

They send two or sometimes three cleaners who work well together and are in and out quickly. My office doesn't get too dirty, but you can only let it go so long. I like having them.

I highly recommend California Green Clean to anyone looking for a company that they can depend on to give them a great value for their money. I am saving over $100 a month by using this company over my previous maid service and the cleaning is superior. We hired California Green Clean to clean our approximately 1650 sq ft house on a twice a month basis for roughly four months. While initially our house was cleaned well, subsequent visits yielded shorter and shorter visits and lower and lower quality cleaning. Our primary cleaner we believe was named Angelica. She came with one other cleaner who changed from time to time. Out of the roughly 6 times they cleaned our house, they were late on 3 occasions (once by more than an hour). There should have been more appointments but they cancelled the day of for an additional 3-4 scheduled appointments. Also, right before they last cleaned our house, we received a phone call from the owner stating we had not paid for the prior two visits. We had always paid the cleaners in cash. The final time they came to clean our house, we paid by check because of this phone call. We have since discovered the subsequent check was ripped out of our check book (including the carbon copy) and fraudulently written to California Green Clean for the amount they claimed was missing. Needless to say, we won't be using them again.

The service provided was OK. I don't have much complaint about the actual work done but the communication was very poor and overall experience therefore was not very satisfactory. Most importantly, when they begin the work the staff didn't ask for what they need us to focus on and after the work was done they just said "we are finished and leaving". May be they were in a hurry as they were getting calls while they were working. Overall I would rate them B.

They did a good job.? ?They used green cleaning products. They were professional. ?There were two cleaners doing the work. ?They did what I was expecting.

Maria brought all the cleaning products, including a vacuum. My house has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time and she worked very efficiently to make it shine.

Angela and Carmen arrived on time and did a great job. We had been through a summer of kitchen remodeling so the house was really dirty. They were professional in every way. We would definitely use them again.

The worker was fine but the employee was by herself and couldn't do the deep clean that they promised on the big deal.

2 housekeepers were sent so things went faster. They were professional and courteous and friendly. They did a good job, nothing WOW but acceptable.

I set up my first cleaning through Angela and Rosie. They were both very helpful and scheduled me for just a few days after we first talked. They were even able to reschedule me for a couple days later after I had to cancel because my power was going to be out. I am so happy that they were able to schedule my cleaning so quickly. I had guessed that it would take a long time to schedule the cleaning, since it was a Big Deal, offered during the holidays, and they have such good reviews. I thought they'd be too busy to schedule me right away. The cleaner arrived a couple minutes early, with arms full of equipment and got right to work. I was happy that she wasn't freaked out by my sometimes yappy dog, and he seemed to like her right away too, which I take as a good sign. As she worked, she had a couple of questions about some parts of my house which are in poor condition (kitchen floor, I'm looking at you). Four hours later my house was truly clean for the first time in I don't know how long. In my continuing bi-weekly cleanings, I have also been happy with the people and the results. I think it is so cool that they set me up with my own set of microfiber cloths, and that is all that gets used in my house. The scope of services for a regular cleaning is a bit smaller than the deep cleaning of course, but on a bi-weekly basis, it keeps my house looking really good, and frees up tons of time for me. I am very pleased with California Green Clean's services. It is so nice to come home to my fresh and clean home after a cleaning.

It went very well.? I did have a problem with cleaning and getting them out here to clean, the location; but when they did get out here, they did a good job.? They offered more time for $35 for an hour, which was less than what it was for 2 hours.? They did a good job cleaning and my only problem was they didn't call back.? They didn't call to schedule and weren't timely.? I left the message and had to call Angie's List to get involved.? The office person called and the cleaning people called 5 times.? They tried calling in the morning.? I got a little stressed with work they had to do to get to the apartment.? They did come, but I was about to explode.? Once they were here, I was completely happy with what they did; but it was frustrating to get them in the house.? I would consider using them.

They are good people and I appreciate them calling. They wanted to do the work but they were too far away from me.

The 2 ladies were very complete in their cleaning.

It was very stressful since I was having them clean on the same day as my move.? The first cleaner that the company assigned to the job didn't arrive on time and kept calling with excuses as to why she wasn't able to show up such as her girlfriend had gone into labor and that her GPS had sent her to the wrong location.? The management was responsive, however, and sent another cleaner to do the job.? They also provided a discount for the inconvenience.

I used the deal and it was really good. They just called me this morning to check out how the services were. They did a great job. They were here for 2 hours and there were 2 of them. It?s a 2 storey house and they did everything I asked them to do. If I told they missed something, they went back and got it. There were things that I would have taken a while to get to. They were polite. They were absolutely early. They called to see if they could come earlier to finish up their job. That always works for me. They cleaned up after themselves and took all their stuff. I actually thought that it might take 3 and I have to pay for an extra hour. The deal was for $120 for 2 hours. The $120 was worth it.

Two staff came to my house and cleaned as per items I gave them on a list, vacuum, dusting, mopping. They did a good job and were very quick and professional.

They never showed. Rosy indicated that we never spoke about that date and time, but we did. Prior to Saturday I emailed with her about it as well. They admitted that they messed up. I had to get another cleaning service.

I needed some assistance in preparing my home for a visit from a family member. Angie's List referral arrived on time and did an excellent job in cleaning the areas I requested and did so in a very timely fashion. Professional, clean and prompt. A very good combination. I recommend their service!
