Sacramento Green Clean

The cleaning that was performed was good quality, however, it is the same cleaning I perform every week. Just light dusting and wiping of counters and bathrooms. Was hoping for a little more like dusting on top of the fridge or baseboards..something more detailed. Also, there was a mix up at the office and she didnt show on time had to call the office multiple times to get someone out. Then when she arrived she played her music as she cleaned...was disruptive as I work from home.

Sacramento Green Clean came out to our house and did a fantastic job. It's been a long time since I was this happy with a cleaning service. I will definately be using them again.

She was punctual, professional and worked hard the entire time she was here.

So long ago I don't remember

They showed up with two individuals, with what looked like a mother and her daughter. The daughter didn't look old enough to work, like she wasn't 18. When they came into my house to get started, which they were to clean a 2 bedroom and a 2 bath portion of my home, I was advised it would be more than 3 hours of work for the cleaning. I then advised them to please leave my home because what I was told was untrue. I had hired 1 cleaner for 3 hours but 2 showed up. After they looked at my house, which was clean to begin with, I was told it would be more hours. I felt betrayed and a pawn for more money. I'm disappointed, for I have guest arriving. I don't feel safe having shown them my home.

It went very well, The house looked sparkling! We've had the house cleaned by several different companies, and this was the best cleaning result we have had. We would certainly use this company again, and we look forward to it!

Cleaning went well, cleaned all 4 bathrooms and kitchen. Vacuumed house. Swiffered the floors. This seems to be the house cleaning go to now, rather than a good old fashioned floor scrub which would have given them an A score on quality.

They arrived on time and worked hard. I have hired them twice and been absolutely delighted both times.

Arrived a little late, supposed to get to house at 9, arrived @ 9:10am. Spoke very little English, which we knew in advance, but still challenging. Didn't move all things out of the way to clean (i.e. toothbrush holder in the bathroom), cleaned around it instead. Emptied the vacuum cleaner bag next to the front stoop instead of the garbage. The floors were done very well. The windowsills still are dirty, not cleaned well, just dusted off, not cleaned.

The ladies that came to clean did a great job, very thorough. Would definitely recommend them.

They were tremendous! She got done a lot more than I thought she would in that time period. She worked very hard and did my expectations. She did a very good job. It was her and Angela Arthur. I went with them because of the deal and the timing. I would use them again. The price was very nice.

One housekeeper arrived an hour early and phoned before we had left current residence (20+ miles away). However, she graciously returned at scheduled time. Two housekeepers cleaned the entire house in 6 hours - good job. One person did not speak English. Fortunately the second did - I am not bi-lingual.

Prompt, efficient, and pleasant

I purchased a Big Deal for four hours of cleaning for $99. The owner was very accommodating with my difficult schedule. In fact I had to postpone one time and it didn't faze her at all. I needed an afternoon appointment, and although I think the person would have preferred a morning appointment, there was no problem. Maria called the day before to confirm the time. She arrived promptly at 1:00 and went right to work. My priorities were the wood floors, the oven and the blinds & shutters. When that was done, she proceeded to clean all the wood cabinets (I have many) and asked if she could dust. I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. She is very pleasant and eager to please and her work could not be any better. Even my husband commented on how beautiful the floors look. I will use this company again without reservation.

Provider (Maria) was able to clean 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room within the 4 hour time frame. This also included dusting and vacuumning. Maria cleaned the house to my satisfaction and I would use their services again.

Michelle showed up on time. Completed all task I had given her. House was very cleaned and the bathrooms shined. I was very pleased with service. Would recommend service

I wanted some things cleaned that are not on the usual list. Normally when you ask a service to clean anything other than the norm it's an additional charge. When I called I asked if they could clean the refrigerator and oven. I was told as long as there was time they would do whatever I asked. I even had her break down a bunch of boxes I had in the garage. I was very pleased with her cleaning and would recommend them.

They were fine, did their job, no problem.

Because they're green, they didn't use much in the way of water. The only reason I had a cleaning service is because we just had a landscaping and there was a lot of dust. So, I wanted the floors cleaned, but since she didn't use much water, it wasn't very clean, and I had to go back over it myself when she was done.

They were great. She was here for almost 7 hours and did an awesome job. She worked really hard and I want them to come back to clean the house on a regular basis. They were very thorough, clean, detailed and do exactly what they say, they are going to do. She even did window sills. The price was a little on the high side but I didn't regret paying the money. She was very on time.

I can't say enough good things! We're still going around discovering things that were cleaned that we didn't expect (kitchen door handle, photo shelf). Maria called the evening before to confirm the appointment, then called a few minutes before the arrival time to say she was running late, but would be there in 15 minutes. She was! I had prepared a list at the suggestion of the business owner, and we discussed my priorities and she got started. She started in the kitchen, and almost 2 hours later, it was sparkling and she was moving on to the remainder of the house. She completed everything on my list, even staying a few extra minutes to finish. My micro-convection oven with the stainless interior just shines! As far as a green cleaning service, they use a product called Fabuloso, but I would probably have them use something else the next time. It cleaned really well, but triggered my allergies. Not sure if it was the scent or the cleaning, but I was sniffling and sneezing for much of the time. Maria seemed responsive to my concern and indicated they could try another product the next time. Great service. I recommend them highly!

It was a Big Deal purchase. I was very pleased with the service. They dusted and vacuumed. No window and carpet cleaning was done. Scheduling the appointment was not a problem. I knew which person I wanted and they were accommodating in our finding out for sure which person that was and then connecting with her schedule. I would tell a friend or a neighbor that this particular person is the only one who has done a very good job. This is the second time we have used her service.

I called Sacrament Green Clean as soon as I purchased the deal over the phone with Angie's list. I want to give the service to my daughter who lives in Woodland. Even though I concluded for their website and the Angie's List person I spoke with (& sealed the deal) double checked that, Angela at Green Clean told me she does not service Woodland. She offered to try to make arrangements with one of her contractors and I considered accepting that. However, I want the one-time cleaning with someone I can create an ongoing relationship. I gave her a C because there was a confusion of phone calls over several days and it was only my initiative that straightened everything out. The person with whom I bought the deal assured me I could get a full refund if the scheduling did not work out ok (and that I ask within 30 days). So, I could not schedule the service I bought; am well within 30 days and ask for the full refund of $120.00 Thank you.

It was kind of a hassle but it all worked out in the end. It took a lot longer than I excpected. They did come back and clean it and didn't charge any extra for it. There were a lot of phone calls on my part.
