+ -1 moreFor the first several months they showed up every week and cleaned the pool. They did not, however, clean the filter when it needed to be cleaned. I had to do it, even though they said they would. They ignored the fact that the sweep wasn't working for several weeks (you could tell by looking at the pool), and I realized they weren't cleaning out the baskets. After they came a couple of weeks ago, I found the baskets completely full. This month they didn't show up 2 out of 4 weeks with no communication, even though I had already paid for one of the missed visits. I've left email and phone messages twice and received no response.

+ -1 moreExcellent! They came right out, cleaned the filters and treated the pool. I'm very happy with their service and have signed on for full service.
Description of Work: I needed a new regular pool service after the previous service disappeared owing me a month's worth of service paid in advance. The filters badly needed to be taken out and cleaned and my pool was developing algae. Sac Pool Pros responded right away.
