Description of Work: Sean Boatner of PES Upholstery is a hack. I have owned 3 boats and had the upholstery replaced in all of them. This is by far the worst job I have ever seen done. Took boat to 3 other shops to get quotes for Small claims court. They all said the same thing. Horrible job. His name is well known in the area for very poor quality work. I would not recommend any one taking their bike seat to have him cover it, let alone my 20k boat. 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN!!!
