Rich's Hauling & Yard Cleanup

Great stuff. Rich is responsive, attentive, fair and runs a tight crew. Have used him before and will use him again.

A dumpster would have been less money, but Rich was available to make the trips of debris quickly. A dumpster could have cracked the owner's driveway. Rich brought in 2 chevy long cab trucks on to the property. He hauled out the old kitchen cabinets and a deck from the backyard. We were satisfied with the work. Thank you Rich!!

Provider showed up early to haul debris from the side of our house. He had everything cleaned up and loaded into his truck very quickly. I asked him if he could clean up the yard and take some additional stuff and he did it with no problem or questions asked. He also emptied the garbage cans that we had. He was friendly, easy going and very professional. I will definitely be using this provider again in the future.

A backyard clean out was needed for my property. They removed weeds, cleared brush, mowed down grasses, and manicured my overall yard. Looks brand new. HAPPY customer.

They were punctual and they knew what hey were doing. I didn't think all of that would fit in the truck and it did. They cleaned up much better then I was expecting which is why I used them a second time for another location. It was no hassle. I gave them a call, they scheduled immediately over the phone and they arrived when I wanted them to and thy were gone faster then expected.

They removed all the dead limbs on the ground; removed a large dead limb that broke one of my windows; cut and removed all the dead grasses and dead plants. Great Job! Very professional company.We will use their company again. Thank you Rich for a job well done.

Rich did an awesome job! He was very responsive in setting up a date and time to quote and to do the actual work. I had many shrubs, weeds and other overgrown plants removed. They were thorough and fast! I was amazed at how "easily" they seemed to have completed the work when I attempted the same job and it took me hours to get 1/5th of the yard done. I have been having Rich clean up my yard annually for a couple of years now. I can't say enough good things about him. He always does a fabulous job and my yard is in better shape in an hour than I could get it to look in a full day. Rich is very easy to work with and extremely punctual. My very large (.52 acres) backyard in El Dorado Hills, has had very little attention over the past 6 months. It was overgrown, filled with leaves and in desperate need of trimming and cleaning. I reached out to Rich on Angies list (based on previous reviews) on Friday and he returned my call on Monday. He came to my house to evaluate my situation and was able to quote me a price on the spot. He also made a couple of suggestions as to how i could save money and/or make the most out of him and his crew while they were here. After speaking with my wife, we decided to hire Rich. He was able to squeeze us in to his schedule just a few days after we met. He and his crew showed up early and did everything he said they would do and more. I really like the way that Rich personally oversees his jobs. You can tell he really cares about the work he does for his customers. We are absolutely thrilled with how much he got done and how great our yard looks. I'll plan on hiring Rich again next year as I hate doing yard work. Excellent. Rich was an excellent estimator and coordinator and his employees Carl and Miguel were very hardworkers who showed up on time, knocked out the work, cleaned up, walked the finished site with me and left ahead of schedule. Can't beat that!

Cleaned up the back area, very over grown and removed old fruit from tree a lot of heavy fruit, created a garden area and left everything neat and tidy very professional job would not hesitate to use Rich's service again

I have a large backyard with a lot of large trees. The leaves and branches were terrible. Rich came out and was so nice. He said he could be out the next day and he would take care of all the leaves and junk. I can't believe what a great job he did. I am very impressed by his great work and terrific demeanor. He was so easy to work with. I know I will use his services again. I am so impressed.

.I called Rich, the owner, about noon on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014. I explained the job in broad parameters and asked if he could come over and give me an estimate. He was on a job and suggested Monday morning. I explained that there was a time factor and he readily agreed to come by later that same Friday afternoon. He came over, we toured, he asked very good questions and made some excellent suggestions. He gave me an estimate and suggested a date the following week. I mentioned the time factor and said I had hoped for something sooner. He said he would check with his crew (two other men), and asked if the next day, Saturday would work for me. I quickly agreed, he made two quick calls, and we were all set for the next day. He did not change the cost estimate. He suggested 8:00am and I agreed. He and his men were there by 7:45am and went right at it. I put a premium on punctuality (though I remain married to my beloved). They did all that I had asked and more. They were all very professional, friendly and courteous. None of them hesitated to ask questions or seek clarifications before doing something we hadn't discussed. They cleaned up after themselves and then Rich took me on a tour of all the work for my approval before he would let me pay them. I have never been so satisfied with a contracted service and highly recommend Rich and his crew. Rich had given me his estimate at 4:30 pm on Friday and the work was completed by 2:30pm on Saturday. More importantly, when my wife got back on Tuesday from a Texas visit to her parents, she was amazed at how much work I had been able to accomplish in a week's time. I explained that it really wasn't that much of a hardship for me to give up watching the football wild-card playoff games over the weekend and the BCS college championship game on Monday if I could surprise her and make her life a little happier. It was well worth the cost. And it is ever so nice to be able to park my car in the garage again.

He came out within an hour of when I called him and gave me an estimate. He came back the next day and did the lawn cleanup. He also did some things that weren't in the estimate at no charge. We would definitely have him again.

He was very prompt in responding to my request. he came out on Sunday to estimate the work. When we decided to have the work performed he was able to do it on the day we wanted it done. He did a great job trimming the items and was able to remove a palm tree that was in a very hard to access area.

They were able to fit me in so I got same day service -- very courteous and thorough. I'll definitely have them back

Rich picked up the phone the first time I called and immediately scheduled a free estimate that same day. He kindly accommodated us and fit our job in because we had family coming in this weekend. He called back when he said he was going to and gave us a fair price. He showed up promptly for the estimate and the work. Can't say enough about how professional he was and how hard he and his team worked to clean up our yard in! a short span of time. Did a fantastic job and was very thorough. Yard looks so much better than it did before! Very impressed with this company and would absolutely use them again and refer them to all I know.
