Sorry I wrote it up top OOPS Services Performed: FRONT: Mow - weed - clean up the front yard. sweep up the street take away fence posts BACK: Mow down 3 ft weeds clean up and haul away trash made the back look amazing I really didn't know my yard is as big as it is!

He called early to confirm his arrival time; arrived on time and assessed the items he was hauling. He then loaded the items from the yard and garage which were large and heavy and removed old wood from a woodpile which I have tried for some time to get rid of, and lastly he removed the large glass table and partitions. The whole process was completed in about an hour and he was very cordial, polite and professional. I will have no problem referring him to friends and real estate clients and most certainly will use him in the future. He also told me his charges ahead of time.

It only took Rich a couple of hours to do a job that would have taken me all day. He arrived on time, with the right tools, and has a truck for hauling but ,at first, I didn't think it would hold everything. Rich takes extra time to cut up stuff so that it will all fit without a problem.

I received an estimate over the phone to remove an old jacuzzi from our backyard. A couple of weeks later I followed up to schedule the job, and we agreed on the following Monday evening. However, over the week-end, Hauling & Yard Cleanup called to say that they had some availability on Saturday afternoon, and could come early. They showed up at the new appointed time and removed the jacuzzi without any issues. Job completed ahead of schedule!

Rich had everything picked up in about 1/2 hour. In our conversation, we found out this was his 6th load to the dump just in that day. He is a hard worker and very personable. We were in the process of taking down our old fence and said we would call on him again once that was done. The end of that week we had the fence down and called him again. He was there in 1 hour, on a Sunday!!! Even though we have a free once a year curbside pickup that we could have used, it was so much easier and to just have him come in the backyard and get the pile. We didn't have to haul it all the way to the street. He charged us $100.00 for that and it was well worth it. If we have another clean up he will be the first one we call.

The job was done well. I recommend Chris Custer and his crew for other people who need this kind of work done. Chris was direct, honest and communicated clearly. We had a good woking relationship and I plan to hire him again soon for other jobs on my property.

Rich was punctual, friendly, and easy to get along with. He cleaned up after removing the trash. I would recommend him to anyone who requires his service without any reservation.

Hands down, Rich is awesome. I called at 5pm on a Friday to schedule an estimate for the next day seeing how it was already getting late by the time I got around to calling him, but to my surprise, he said he could swing by within the hour to look at the damage and give us an estimate-sweet! When Rich arrived for the initial quote (he was not only on time, but very friendly), we proceeded to show him the garage full that needed to be hauled out. The garage included many large boxes stuffed with junk, a tv, large fax/printer machine, pieces of wood, some furniture and a very large treadmill-which was REALLY heavy. I?m talking about a two car garage that ended up being the dumping ground for all our unnecessary possessions that did not need to make the move with us. Not only did his price for 2-3 truckloads of heavy crap absolutely delight me, but he promptly came the very next morning at 8 am, even AFTER we told him not to worry about doing the job until after the rain had subsided (I sure as h*** wouldn?t want to do dump runs in the pouring rain!)--he told me that didn?t matter, because he worked in the rain! Now THAT is how you do business AND maintain business in my book. To sum things up: great price for the job-on time-willing to work in the rain at 8 am-a great attitude on top = one happy AND repeat customer!

Rich responded promptly to my phone call, set up an appointment the same day (3/6) to provide an estimate. We scheduled the work for 3/12 at 8am. He arrived promptly with a coworker, and we reviewed the work to be done. He had originally estimated 7-8 hours for the work; he completed it in less than 5. Everything was done to our satisfaction, and the yard looks great! We would definitely recommend his services and would use him again.

I called Rich and he responded immediately. We set up a time and date for him to come. He was prompt and very professional. We walked around the yard and I showed him what I wanted done. He gave me a price before he started. He asked if the price was OK and I indicated it was and that I wanted him to do the job. He began the job.

I was so happy to find a local person to perform this work for me rather than a chain operation! Pam is efficient and did a great job in a short amount of time. I plan to use her in the future.

I called Rich for an estimate and he went to the property and got back to me with a price the same day. His charge for hauling the tree rounds, couch, miscellaneous debris, and removing some bushes and hauling them too was considerably lower than another estimate I got. A few days later he went and performed the work, confirming that the couch on the sidewalk was to be included. Everything was removed and done as I had requested with clear communication the whole time. The following day he met me at the property while I was there doing work, I paid him and got an invoice. From start to finish a very satisfying experience: Rich was responsive; his rates (for hauling combined with some yard work) were reasonable; and the job was done right.

Rich and his worker showed up on time and both were very professional. They again verified what I wanted tthem to do. They began immediately and worked for three hours to complete the cleanup. They trimmed lots of big shrubbery,pulled some weeds, blew out the areas. Removed items that I no longer wanted to use. and hauled them away. Rich checked with me periodically to make sure they were doing what I wanted. before throwing away things, they placed them on the driveway and asked me to check to be sure that I wanted them to dispose of all those things. They completed the job and I was very happy!

Came out first to give an estimate. Cleaned, pruned, weeded front patiio area which was overgrown with weeds and fallen magnolia leaves, and bushes needed pruning. Came on time. Did an excellent !!! job. Our patio never looked so good. Fast, professional, and I would definitely hire him again.

We needed a one time yard clean up and hauling job. I found this provider on a list other than Angie's. Rich answered the phone and offered to come by in 20 minutes as he was in the area after doing another job. He and his brother came with a truck, looked over the yard and what needed to be done and quoted $160, we bargained and he offered to do it for $140. (We gave a $10 tip, that's why the price spent is listed as $150). The price included hauling away the yard debris and junk that needed to be taken out. He was able to do the job on the spot. They worked quickly, checked with us several times to make sure they were doing what we wanted and made sure we checked the job when they were done to ensure we were satisfied. Rich was friendly and outgoing. I would recommend them to others.
