Rich's Hauling & Yard Cleanup

We gave Rich a long list (4-5 pages) of "to do's" for he and his 2 crew members to do. They immediately went to work and took 1 15 minute break during the day. They put in a solid 7 hour day and completed 95% of the list in that time. I was completely satisfied with the thoroughness of the job!

He arrived 45 minutes early, they worked extremely hard and made sure that all household items were gone and that the area was cleaned up. They did a wonderful job and we will recommend them to anyone who needs their service. We will be using them in the future.

I called rich over the 4th of July weekend. He promptly stopped by the property to check the yard and provide the estimate. Once we agreed on the work to be performed, he scheduled an afternoon visit within 48hrs, which was great. Since this property is listed for sale, I couldn't wait very long to have the work done. Rich came by on time and managed to remove all of the overgrown weeds and grass that took over the yard. In addition he cleaned up the planter boxes and raked them up as discussed. He was prompt, courteous and performed all of the work as promised. I appreciate his quick turn-around and hard work to make the yard of this property salable. I will definitely be relying on Rich for future work at my new property.

The experience was very good. He showed up when he said he would. He put the stuff away. He even helped me figure out how to get some drawers removed from the glides. He had the secret to get it completely removed, so I could unplug the television that I was getting rid of. He was a very nice guy and very professional. I was very happy with his service.

After the local newspaper enlightened me on a different way of gardening (straw-bale gardening) which turned out to be a huge mess. This very well might have been my failed attempt on trying out my green thumb. After 2 weeks of "conditioning" my bales, I was left with 5 bales on my driveway, a potent stench and enough flies to fly off with my dog. This is where I found Rich. Rich was prompt with replies and was able to remove the bales the very next day! Rich and his co-worker loaded up these ridiculously heavy bales, swept up and hauled it away. I would definitely recommend Rich!

It went great! On my initial call, Rich answered promptly, we discussed what I needed, and he gave me a "guesstimate" over the phone which I was completely fine with. Rich and his helper showed up as agreed, and within the hour it was all over. I will definitely use him again. Very good experience.

My backyard is very very large with a mountain against the wall. Rich and his crew came in pulled up all bark, weeds, tarps, cut roses, tress, bushes and cleaned around the pool. These guys were amazing I believe it was 4 or 5 dump loads and they did it within 7 hours. THEY ROCKED. They were on time and went straight to work (IT was hot day) I would definitely call back Rich he was up front NOT THE CAR SALESMAN! I hate those. I explained what I wanted and told him straight up I want NO BS just tell me straight up he gave me a number and it was a good number for the size f my backyard. AWESOME guy and HIS INCRIDIBLE crew. They will hopefully come back when I get the bark and put that down for me so yes would absolutely use RICH again. THANKS GUYS!!

A little more expensive that I had hoped, but Rich got the job done on short notice (2 days) and did a fine job. Showed up on time, and called beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. Very professional.

I called Rich to come out and take trash to the dumpster. We were having a party that week and needed it dome right away. He came out that same day and did a great job! We will use Rich again. I highly recommend him!

Work was done quickly and professionally at a very reasonable cost. Rich provided attention to detail that I wasn't expecting: my hose was left neatly coiled, my patios were swept off. He even brought in my garbage cans from the street, and stowed them behind the fence gate. I'm a property manager who works with contractors and tradesmen for a living, but I rarely see this quality of service anymore. I highly recommend you try him!

Rich was great! He called me back the same day and came out to give me a quote. He was very professional and gave me a quote of $550. I thought that was more than fair and hired him to provide the services. He not only removed the retaining wall but cleaned up afterwards. He fixed the fence. Everything looks great. Rich even lowered the price for me afterwards!!! I highly recommend Rich.

It was fabulous! My yard and drive way have never looked so good! I called them to have some junk removed. We've been 'storing' everything too big to put into a trash can in a big pile on my driveway. (broken BBQ, Broken strollers, wooden pallet, broken up concrete, some old pipe fitting . . . ) We figured we start with getting this junk hauled away, then our next project would be to tackle one of our other yard projects; front yard with overgrown bushes, driveway with leaves and dirt from 1980, and backyard jungle. When they came to bid, I said, someday these would be our other projects, and if he could bid on them too maybe we'd use them in the future. The price was so reasonable, much less than I thought it would be. So, we thought let's do it all. Rich and his team were going to come over around 8am to start the job. At 8:00 (on the dot) they arrived. We walked through the different areas and Rich asked questions I wouldn't have even thought of (ie: do you want your bushes to be naturally trimmed or straight trimmed?) It was clear they really cared about doing a great job. They hauled all of the the junk away, removed 10-12 bushes out of my front yard 'garden', then, they hand weeded the rest of it. I couldn't believe they went to all of that trouble. They tackled my backyard jungle and turned it into a real backyard. My boys played there after school today. This was the first time my backyard was usable since we moved in. Not only were they nice and polite and accommodating, they completely cleaned up the entire area. It looks amazing! I'm so excited to have a place for my family to hang out in. My husband came home from work and said it hadn't looked this nice since they day we moved in (6 years ago). He's right.

Rich is professional, punctual, affordable and a very hard worker. EVERYONE should use his services.

I contacted Rich for an estimate to clear my backyard of weeds. I had seen pictures of similar jobs on his website. and was impressed. When I contacted him by phone, he instructed me to go to his website and fill in my information. Extra step for me but OK. I went to his website, filled in the information, and waited for a call back. That night goes by, the next day goes by, and he finally calls me to setup a time for him to come out the follwing day. He arrived, in an unmarked sedan, no work truck or equipment, and I showed him the backyard and what I needed. I needed 3' tall stringy weeds cut down on a 0.4 acre backyard. All of the weeds were dead and brittle. I also needed a pile of wood removed and a pile of rocks. Rich stated, and I quote, "I'll pass on the rocks," like it was a gift or something. He then qouted me for the job. He acutally wrote that number down. Then, while we were still standing back there, crossed that number out and wrote wrote an even bigger number. This price was for just cutting the weeds and not taking any rocks, wood, weed pieces, etc away. I went and rented a brush cutter from a local rental place, did it my self, and still saved money if I charged my self in excess of $105 dollars an hour. Rich's company is expensive, unreasonalble, cannot estimate job size, and frankly unprofessional, so if I need another job done , "I will pass" and seek out another company.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The job was completed in one day and they do a terrific job of yard cleanup. We would give them a "A" rating and plan to use them in the future.

I called Rich at 6:00pm and he provided me with a competitive quote over the phone, so I decided to use him for the job. Rich completed the job the very next day, and he packed his truck so well, he actually saved me money! I will definately be using him for any of my future hauling and will be recommending him to my friends.

Rich was super friendly and his crew worked very fast. Our yard doesn't look "pretty," but it they got it to a place where we can begin taking those steps. Before Rich's work, our back yard was overgrown & overwhelming. We are very satisfied with the work he did, and would recommend him to anyone who needs a fresh start in their yard.

From start to finish, my experience with Rich and his crew was excellent! I feel Rich is fair in pricing, very professional, and prompt. This was a big, dirty job and they showed up on time, worked hard and exceeded my expectations. I will definetly call Rich again when I have future jobs!

When I initaillay called the gentleman seemed to be rather busy. He offered to contact me back as he was on another job but quickly changed his mind and preferred I e-mail him my contact information instead and that he would follow up to schedule an estimate. I never heard from back from the person I contacted.

It went well. Checked to see if the amount of trimming was right. Left yard clean.

Rich and his helper, Miguel, worked non-stop and cleared a large pile of brush, cut down a tree, and removed several limbs from a second tree in less than two hours! They were professional and pleasant, and even accommodated my tree and limb removal request despite my adding it after they arrived. I truly appreciated their can-do attitude and am grateful for their hard work. I highly recommend Rich, and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. A++++ service!!!

Rich was great! He was at our house with in an hour of our phone conversation. He and his co-worker had the work done within a half hour of their arrival. We would have no qualms of calling them again to use their services.
