Description of Work: Rich was very professional and personable. He was on time and efficient. He hauled out rocks and debris, cut tree branches, pulled out a hedge, dug out a small tree and cut overgrown vines off a fence. Great job.

Description of Work: We have a huge back. yard that was in very bad shape It was overgrown and the grass hadn't been cut in a very long time. It was horrible, and obviously a big job to clean up.. Rich and his crew of 3 other men arrived early and had the work totally done in about 9 hours and we feel they did an excellent job and the price was fair. They removed two shrubs and a birch tree in our front yard. They also trimmed our redwood tree. They mowed the grass in the front yard and back yard,,and trimmed both hedges. My husband and I were very pleased with the price and the work. They were very accommodating and hauled all the clipping, branches, junk s and wood off for us. Rich was pleasant to deal with and we would hire him again.

Description of Work: Rich did great work. Emailed him and he got right back to me. Managed to remove a lot of stuff in one load. And he blew leaves off the roof. Will have him back to do a thorough gutter gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: Rich removed a Hot Tub from the back yard and took care of disposing of it. The price was 2/3 to 1/2 of other quotes I got. He showed up exactly on time and worked with me to choose a convenient time. Everything went great and I would definitely consider him to be at the top of the list if I needed hauling or yard cleanup.

Description of Work: Rich did an amazing job on cleaning up our yard!!! He was so friendly and he and his partner were super fast. Our yard was quite over grown around the edges with a pool in the center, so there wasn't a lot of room to move around. This wasn't a problem for these guys. If I ever need yard work like that done again I will not hesitate to call Rich. You shouldn't hesitate either.

Description of Work: I have an old detached garage that was completely filled with junk - construction debris, paint cans, old furniture - a little bit of everything you don't want. Well, apparently rats love that kind of environment because several had recently moved in. In an attempt to make my garage less inviting to the rats, I called Rich to see if he did this kind of messy clean-out. He said no problem. He showed up exactly on-time, cleaned the entire garage out in barely over an hour. He made sure he only threw out those items that I wanted gone - which was 99 percent of the stuff in there. Anyway, he neatly replaced the items I kept, and cleaned out the residual dirt and debris at the end. I was very pleased with Rich's service - will definitely recommend him to friends and use him in the future.

Description of Work: Moving a large bird aviary/sanctuary from my garage to the backyard. It was long 10' and tall 7' and barely fit through the side gate; plus there was pool equipment to maneuver around. Rich and his helper were extremely careful and took their time to think through this difficult situtation. Communication was most necessary. I had others walk away from t his job..too heavy, not possible. I emailed Rich photos of the job and shared my concerns. He was positive, professional, and cared that I was satisfied/happy with his job performance. He did a few extra things and did not complain. He even explained to me how I might fix the few repairs needed. I will utilize his advice and I am really glad he shared his knowledge. This was a difficult situation. I am sooooo glad to be able to finally park my car in the garage. My birds will love their new home. It is an aviary one would find at the U.C.D. Davis Raptor/Bird Sanctuary. I am extremely pleased. If I need additional advice, help, I will certainly call Rich again. I am glad to have made the contact. Reliable and good people are hard to find. Thank you, Rich!

Description of Work: Rich came out and gave us a very reasonable quote, and listened carefully to what we were looking for. He also made some great suggestions. Rich and his team then came out and completely cleaned up our yard, hauled a bunch of loads of junk, and generally made a really ugly back yard look very presentable. They worked really hard, didn't take a break, in the rain -- they were awesome, and they did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them.
