+ 0 moreThe truck and crew arrived on time for the tear off. The truck didn't fit in the driveway, but they attempted to park anyway and it broke large parts of our driveway and sidewalk. They tarped around the house to catch the old roof. The new composition shingles arrived late. The crew set up on our lawn and ruin it and many of our mature plants. Weeks later, I was still finding nails and other debris in the lawn and plants. They could have used the driveway. They speared our new redwood deck with a pitchfork and my husband was hit in the head by a falling hammer. The entire process was a nightmare.
Description of Work: Tore off 3 layers of old roof and replaced it. Replaced facias due to dry rot.

+ -1 moreTHE CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE POLITE. THEY ONLY TOOK FOUR DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP ALL THE SHINGLES AND NAILS WHEN THEY WERE DONE.
Description of Work: THEY TORE OFF MY OLD ROOF AND PUT ON A NEW ONE.
