Lionel (estimator) showed up to meet me and discuss my needs, however he never got back to me, even after I called to ask for the status of his estimate, approx. 2 weeks after initial meeting. He seemed personable and experienced enough to do the work, but I suppose he must have so much work he has no time for "small" jobs like mine. He could at least have sent me some numbers. Not very good professionalism.
