Ā + -1 moreOwner called Mr Rooney (see above). He did work in my absence after making appointment with tenant. This was maintenance---no new work or installation was done.
Description of Work: Mr Rooney did other work at the property serviced (investment property---not my home). At the subject property, Joe checked the plumbing at one unit, including the sewage ejector system that his firm installed two years earlier. Because of the susceptibility of this set-up to malfunctions (e.g., a long underground to the public sewer, corrosion of electric connection), I ordered a maintenance and operation check. Joe performed the maintenance promptly and at a good price. The history of this set-up was that the previous sewer ejection system, installed by another company after failure of the gravity system, failed due to bad design. Mr Rooney's firm (Pioneer Plumbing) completely replaced the first ejector system with correct pipe sizing, slope, and pump wiring.
