It was perfect.

We have used Park Mechanical twice. Originally in March of 2009 to completely replace the old HVAC system and install a new one in the attic. The former was in the closet. They replaced the ductwork as well. That job cost approximately $20,000. The second time was in April of 2010 when we replaced our roof. The second story had an old heat pump which they recommended we not replace. Instead they ran the ductwork from the new system (installed the previous March) and turned the upstairs into a third zone.They also disconnected and removed the old heat pump on the second story. On both occasions their work was beyond reproach and exemplary. Upon choosing them (and we vetted several companies closely), we knew there would be no worries--and there was not. They tend to be a little arrogant, but they can back it up. They might not be the cheapest in town, but if you are concerned about quality then they are the company to go with. Too many of the companies we researched were mere "box changers", and we found Park's designs for our home to be excellent. We will use them again if need be. All in all we have spent approximately $25,000 with them and are very happy.

Ours is a 4,000 sq. ft. plus house that is 25 years old. It is basically two houses. The upstairs cost a little less than downstairs. We spent several years putting up with systems breaking down and various people coming out and charging us a lot of money by replacing the thermostats and so forth. They were recommended to us by a friend. We had a bid from someone else too, but Park Mechanical?s bid was thorough and they knew what they were doing. They have a wonderful reputation. They are used as a consultant by the local utility. They did the entire job that included installing a whole house fan for us in four days. They came back recently to make sure that everything was operating fine. I would definitely recommend them.

They did an excellent job. They were here when they said they would be. The price was competitive. They are very knowledgeable in their field as well. They did do quality work and were easy to work with. I highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future.

Excellent! Park scheduled the site work with a call. Park's team arrived on site at the right time, on schedule! Park's employee's were polite, clean, used proper drop cloths and "booties" to protect the interior. Park estimated 5 days on site for the work and completed it in under three. The system has been performing perfectly for the last 30 days and I have every expectation it will continue to do so.

He said I was turning on wrong and didn't try to sell me anything. He came out right on time. He was friendly and seemed knowledgeable.

The service was great. The workmanship was real professional. I thought that the price was high. They let me have a room cooler at no charge while I was waiting for them to do the work.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. AFTER THEY LEFT I COULD BREATH AGAIN WITHOUT SNEEZING. THE PRICE WAS VERY CHEAP AND THEY WERE ONLY AT MY HOME ABOUT TWO HOURS.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID VERY GOOD WORK. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY GOOD AND WE HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THEM AT ALL. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS.
