Description of Work: Ordered a cord of wood for fireplace insert. Like almond but they only had oak. The wood was well seasoned but was full of termite holes. Lots of mess from dust. Was late on delivery.

 + -1 moreI've only been there once and I didn't have them deliver it. I actually drove there, loaded the wood, and brought it home. I'm sure they do have a delivery service as well if you want to pay an extra charge, but I haven't used it. It's a small family ran business. They were helpful and helped to load the wood. You get a pretty decent amount of wood for a fair price and I was satisfied. They have a rate card based on the type of wood that you want and the amount. It's right there and they have sort of a standard measure. Their welded in frames to measure the actual amount of cordage you get for the wood.

 + -1 morePAK and SAVE WAS A WONDERFUL COMPANY TO WORK FOR. THEIR GUYS ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND MADE EVERY EFFORT TO COMPLETED THE WORK WITHOUT DELAY. BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISE, THEY MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS LEFT IN THE SAME STATE AS IT WAS WHEN THEY ARRIVED.
