+ -1 moreRepairman (Kiran) was punctual and immediately diagnosed problem. He had the part in his truck and the repair was finished in less than two hours. He was careful to clean up after completing the job.
Description of Work: Replaced coil on SubZero refrigerator. Cleaned drip pan that is inaccessible to owner, as well as actual repair.

+ -1 moreWHEN I CALLED, I EXPLAINED THE SYMPTOMS OF WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE ICEMAKER AND THE TECHNICIAN SAID HE WAS SURE THE ICEMAKER NEEDED REPLACING. HE ORDERED THE PART IMMEDIATELY AND THREE DAYS LATER HE HAD THE PART AND SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION. I HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY BEFORE CALLING SUB-ZERO, AND WAS TOLD I'D HAVE TO WAIT ABOUT TWO WEEKS FOR A SERVICE CALL. THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT. HE QUICKLY DID THE JOB.
Description of Work: REPLACED ICEMAKER IN SUB-ZERO REFRIGERATOR.
