They were fine. They were okay. They did a good job and charged me for the replacement. They were professional.

They were excellent. Everything so far has been excellent. They showed up as they were supposed to, did the repair as requested, did it in a timely fashion, and they cleaned up their mess. They were not loud or obnoxious; they were descent people and their rates were very reasonable. I cannot say enough about them. They were very nice people but more importantly, they did the job well. I am very atoned to people doing their job nicely, quietly, and getting the job done. They were very thorough in their repair and it looks like it is going to last; I do not have to ever worry about that repair in the future. They did a wonderful job. Their price was reasonable; it could have been much worse had it been anybody else, I was very fortunate in that regard. I am very good at telling if there was anything negative but unfortunately there is nothing I can say in the negative here.

They did good. We had gotten quotes that were 2-3 times higher than they gave us. They are affordable and prompt. They came right out and other companies couldn't come right away.

Guy Montoya was the fellow who did the work and advised us. He is very knowledgeable and fair.

He came out, looked it over, needed to do some research and was going to go back to his office and call me that afternoon. Never got a call. Called him next morning and left a message. He called me later that afternoon and said he had a family emergency (could be) and he would not be able to get back to me for a week. I told him I was going to find someone else. The excuse may have been true, but at the end of the day, service was not provided, so can't give a good grade. Bottom line is he didn't return call until I called him to find out what was going on.

After looking on Angie's list I selected Pacific Blue Pools. I called them on Sunday Memorial weekend (left a message.) I received a call from Guy promptly tuesday morning the day after Memorial day. I explained my problem and he clearly understood. Scheduled thursday at noon. Guy came to the door at 11:30, introduced his son Guy Jr. Showed him my problem and Guy gave me a price of $150 for 1-hr and 1/2 labor and PCV nipples, couplings and pipe. I had purchased the valve online prior to our appointment. I was amazed at the price. Most pool service companies wanted much more. The work was concluded in a little less than two hours. Superb work. A perfectionist. Updated the flow of the water with less bend to reduce the workload on the pump and explained his work. (Very professional and more importantly it's obvious Guy keeps up with current engineering techniques in the pool industry) Payed him $150.00 and asked him for an estimate on acid washing the pool in September and scheduled this work for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this Companies work. No Games, no excuses, no poor workmanship, just a good solid result with good people.

Prompt return of initial call, easy scheduling, right on time, worked quickly and good finishing touches on repair (spray painted PVC to match existing).

THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY HAVE A REALLY GREAT PRICE FOR THE WORK THAT THEY DO. THEY LET ME KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY REPAIRS THAT NEED TO BE MADE BEFORE THEY START WORKING ON IT.
