Checked Angie's list for door repair. Had a wooden door that needed replacing. Called the company, Paul gave me a figure, asked him to come out and give an estimate and he did so. We decided because of the way the rain hits the door, with no patio cover, the fiberglass would work better. We scheduled the work for a couple weeks later. His employee came out and did an excellent job on the framing and the door. He carried off the old frame, took away the old wooden door and cleaned up after himself. I love having a nice looking door and one that actually closes with a lock.

Over-all, the job went very well and I am very satisfied. Only complaint was that Paul was over an hour late for the estimate, and his helper the next day was about an hour late also. They were the lowest of 3 bids i obtained.

My tenants "ripped" the locked door handle from the sliding door...I spent hours researcing, talking, visiting door handle specialists trying to get the exact fit for the door handle (which is not as easy as it looks) and to add to the delay, the company who's doors were installed, went bankrupt. Anyway, I am very pleased with OMG's professionalism, follow-thru and the final results. Parts had to be ordered, the reason for one week from contact to completion of work.

The entire experience was quick and painless and generally excellent. I had the mother-in-law coming in for a visit that weekend and decided I needed a door installed on the guest room, quick. I had called Lowe's to inquire about the install, but the process was going to take at least a week and a half. (I had also called Home Depot and left a message with their install department, but their slide into self-destruction continued as no one ever even returned the call.) Searching Angie's List, I came upon OMG and their robust list of positive reviews. I called around noon and by 2:45 Paul was at my house with a tape measure. It was apparent he really knew his stuff as he quickly estimated the type and size of door I'd need, as well as the hardware to match the existing doors in the house. Within 24 hours after that, his associate had installed a brand new door. Overall a positive experience. I'd recommend this company highly.

It went very well. They responded quickly. They were very diligent and courteous. They were here on time and were very professional.

I was not to impressed with the owner that I had to deal with in the beginning, he needs to soften himself up. The guy that came out and did the work was really nice but he did show up an hour late.

Due to the lack of response, I am glad that the work did not occur--who knows what type of promptness or workmanship would have been provided during the course of the project.

It was very easy to make an appointment, and Paul was punctual and provided a detailed and accurate estimate to conduct work. He also made helpful recommendations for some additional items (weatherstripping, etc) based on other work he had previously conducted in the same complex. I asked him to itemize certain things, which he ultimately did, but only reluctantly because he was concerned that I would shop his price to another contractor. Given the overall price of the job, it wouldn't surprise me if other people have done this. Once I made the decision to move forward, it was easy to schedule the work, and OMG showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Overall, the work was fairly expensive, but it was very well done. I would highly recommend OMG if you have a complicated job that you need to make sure is done right the first time around. I certainly plan to use this firm again in the future.

They did a nice job. They showed up on time. They made sure the doors were working right making sure the were on the hinges straight. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They got rid of the old doors for me.

Paul was knowledgeable about what would, and would not, work; he was on time; he was pleasant and he was professional.

I called and got an estimate over the phone, then when I decided I wanted service, the owner Paul Nuzman came out to look at the situation and give me a quote for service. We agreed on a day and approximate time for service. A service man came out at the agreed time, removed the old door and some of the framing, installed the new door making sure that it was hanging properly, nailed on new framing for a proper finish, took the old door for disposal and cleaned up the area.

The work was done as promised, and on time. I met with the owner to go over all of the details of the work to be done; he understood what needed to be done, and gave me a clear understanding of the project. The next day, the installer showed up, demonstrated a clear understanding of the project as well. Everything went exactly as promised.

Calling the office was greeted my a very pleasant female voice who stated that Paul would contact me shortly. Paul called and set up an appointment for the next day. Paul arrived was very pleasant looked at my door and told me what the problem was and the possible solution he also gave me a price range. While Paul was at my home he was able to give me an estimate for a back door and security gate as well as advice for a lock for my shed. He also advised me that he only took checks or cash. Randy arrived within the time given and went right to work and repaired the door. I will definitely used this company again.

He really knows his work and was really professional.

I have a home built in 1952. Prior to hiring this company, all of the doors in the house were quite old and in fact many of them were the original doors. I hired the company initially to replace an exterior garage door with a new security door. That work was done quickly and professionally just prior to an exterior painting of my house. The second job was done prior to the interior painting of my house. Paul walked through the various interior and exterior options and helped us make our choices, understanding that our eventual goal would be to make the house more "salable." Again, very good work was done quickly and professionally. After the interior painting, two of the doors began to stick. The problem was due to the thickness of the new paint, and Paul repaired/fixed the problem at no additional cost to us. A total of 10 doors were replaced and one former door way was turned into a walk-through/pass-through.

The owner, Paul, came out to give me an estimate (he's quite a character). The doors couldn't be rehung without major work, and I wasn't interested in investing a major amount of money, so Paul gave me an estimate and told me to have conservative expectations in the results. The workman who came out the next day just pounded and fiddled with the frames to get them to close properly. He was right on time, and very pleasant to work with, and the estimate was right on. The doors are closing very nicely, although I still can't use the deadbolt on one without applying major pressure. But I'm very happy with the results and how little I had to spend! Thanks OMG!

The contractors (Randy and Paul) did an excellent job. The door opening for the 1/2 bathroom was really narrow (weird dimensions) and I didn't think fitting a door would be possible. But they designed, built, and installed a door and associated frame for the bathroom that work and look great. The exterior wall repair for the French doors were also really technically difficult because of the doors close proximity to a corner in the wall and an adjacent door. had my doubts prior to the project but they came up with a great approach and once again did an excellent job. The remaining projects were also extremely well-done: the double-door design closet doors are such a huge improvement over the original folding/sliding type doors. There was a lot of work involved on this job yet they paid a lot of attention to the details and completed the project very rapidly (2 days).

I was shocked by this companies professionalism and honesty. They helped us put in new doors and did a great job. They also forewarned us about the fire codes that needed to be taken care of in regards to the doors. In fact, the door frames that were installed is almost perfect. It took them about 9 hours to do the whole set up, which is very fast considering how many doors they did.

Excellent. Initially, the owner of OMG came by to take measurements, provide a selection of doors and latch sets, provide a job estimate, and schedule an installation date and time. He was very knowledgeable and had excellent advice about doors (types and materials) and answered all of my questions. The installers arrived in a timely manner and were very professional and focused. The project was completed very quickly (one day) and the quality was excellent. Both the owner of OMG and the installers really know their trade and are true professionals. Highly recommended.

The owner came prepared with books of samples of doors. He was friendly and professional. He went over the choices and offered me his opinions. After reviewing the many choices, I chose a couple of options. He reviewed those with me. I decided upon one, and he gave me a written estimate. I decided on the spot to use his services, partly because I was having a number of services performed, and he was able to schedule his service in accordance with my schedule. He did require a $400.00 deposit, which I though was a little high for a deposit. On the scheduled day, his installer, Steve, came on time. He was friendly and thorough. He did a great job putting the door in. I am very happy with OMG. I love my new front door!!

EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEAUTIFULLY. VERY FRIENDLY. PERSON SHOWED UP ON TIME AND NEATLY COMPLETED THE JOB. ALSO WAS GIVEN SOME GOOD ADVICE ON ANOTHER DOOR I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH.

OMG's owner, Paul, came out immediately to give us an estimate. He had a crew here first thing next day, and they did a superb job. He had excellent suggestions for how to make the door more secure, and his crew carried out their assignment with great skill. They were extremely polite and neat. We recommend OMG highly.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE OUTSTANDING IN ALL AREAS. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS WHEN THEY FINISHED AND TOOK THE OLD DOOR WITH THEM WHEN THEY LEFT.
