+ 0 moreIt is a really old house so it was very complicated and could have run into thousands of dollars but he recommended that we just do what he suggested which was to not disturb the pipe and to just clean it and have it cleaned regularly. That has worked for us. He was a really, really honorable upstanding person. We will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: We used OB Plumbing to clear a main drain and the pipe was broken. He also fixed another leak that he found from the bathtub when he was under there.

Description of Work: main sewer backed up. Old Home. Installed main drain clean-out, snaked to clear lines. Searched and discovered broken pipe under bathtub. Repaired.

+ -1 moreAfter two much higher estimates for repair, Mr. Ortiz was contacted. From start to finish (2 days) no complaints.
Description of Work: main drain back-up in house built in 1920's - required emergency work - installed main sewer clean out, snaked pipes, fixed broken pipe, checked for other leaks. Mr. Ortiz was prompt, professional, fair and an excellent plumber. Cleaned up nicely and took extra dirt with him.
