s Eddie Nunez responded to my request for a quote within a day of my call. he was very professional. He came with materials in hand to discuss options for colors, lighting and stamping patterns. He provided me with the information on color and lights for my review. I explained that I was getting information and did not plan on starting the project immediately. He also had an idea to replace a wooden bridge connecting that old stairway to the lawn walkway with concrete.He gave me a price quote during his visit that was surprisingly lower than I anticipated. He then asked me to contact him when I was ready to go forward. He did not contact me after that meeting. He allowed me to take my time and then contact him when I was ready. He worked with me over the phone to determine what I was looking for. He then visited the site to discuss it one more time to get the final information to order lighting. He worked with several suppliers to get the lights as soon as he could to move ahead with the contract. He had a tentative date for the lighting delivery and he and his crew showed up on that schedule to remove the existing stairway and set forms for the new concrete. He and his crew removed all the materials from the existing stairway that day.The supplier for lighting did not make his schedule due to a holiday weekend and Eddie kept me informed about status. When the lighting finally arrived, he appeared the next day and installed the lighting and had the concrete delivered that same morning. The crew installed 4.5 yards of concrete, finished it, removed the forms, and stamped the concrete. His crew also cleaned up everything (forms and excess material) from the site before leaving that day. The next day Eddie came back and pressure washed the release agent from the stamped concrete and removed the forms for the bridge. Again he removed everything from the site that day. In total, Eddie was very professional through the entire project. He provided me with all the information that I needed and let me make my own schedule.He responded within a day to any request that I made of him. I am very impressed with the appearance of the new stairway. I am a professional engineer and as such I have had many year of experience with contractors, including concrete contractors. Eddie and his crew are some of the best I have ever seen. I would definitely use Eddie again for any future project that I have. In fact I have already recommended him to my daughter and son=in=law for a project.
