Excellent! Beyond expectations. This is the second time I have used 'JDM CONSTRUCTION' and I continue to be pleasantly surprised at just how much effort, care and sincere concern JDM is able to extend to its customers. It's a no-frills, authentic and no-nonsense approach. No games. No sales pitches. A very honest approach to doing business with a handshake and thanks. THAT'S VERY RARE in todays world of upsell and manipulated pricing. JDM utilizes mostly a Whole House Fan, Radiant Barrier and Attic Fan install business. I wish they did more but it's also import to appreciate that being excellent at a few things is far better than specializing in everything. You'll be please. Promise!

The team showed up on time and were finished in less than two hours. I barely knew they were there. Very organized process, I was very pleased.

It went very well. We live in the mountains and sometimes it's hard to get people up here. He didn't complain. He did it efficiently. We were very happy.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. They came in, put it in and tried it out and cleaned. They were very clean and were done in no time at all.

It went okay, they satisfied our need. The fan they put in is a little bit noisy, but there wasn't any discussion about the kind of fan or the rating for the noise, the fan works so we got what we wanted. It's an attic exhaust fan and it works and the other one was worn out so it just worked out.

They were here about on time and installed everything. The fan seems to be working just fine. They did the service after we purchased it. They were pretty prompt. I was not here when they did the installation but my wife was. They did the work that we purchased and we certainly had no complaints. I do not know if we would use them again in the future because we have a local contractor that we tend to go to for small jobs like that but maybe we would.

It was pretty good. There was nothing that stands out but definitely nothing negative, either. They came on time. He did a fine job.

They were nice and apologetic but it took entirely too long for them to come out. They gave many excuses of why it had taken so long. The covers for the fans were not included in the package for some reason. It took several more weeks for them to call about coming out to put the covers on the fans. I advised I didn't want them to come back out but to send the covers and I'd put them on myself.

Fan installed for Northern California Whole House Fans out of Sacramento, apparently both organizations owned and operated by Jim Moreno. Learned about them at Contra Costa Home Show, got excellent description of how and why whole house fans are good. Jim visited my home and provided a quote which I accepted and scheduled installation. Installation was done as scheduled and was quickly and neatly done, everything was cleaned up. Entire process was handled in a very professional manner and would highly recommend this organization.

They did a good job. They were on time, quick to do the work, and left no mess behind.

Had an attic fan installed. After the attic was inspected, I had to call a roofing guy to install vents first, then the attic fan was installed. At first it made a lot of noise, but it settled down after a few days of operation. Would have been nice if they had told us this would happen. Fan was so loud we called them for removal, but before they got back to us the fan and quot;settledand quot;. It does keep the house cooler in the summer. Would be nice if they also had an option for a solar model.

It's not a whole house fan but it does take the heat out from the attic and keeps it cooler inside. They were very good. They had to really switch to the right cable because it was very difficult in that part. I like them. The fan works well. They were very punctual and professional. They did a very good job. It works better than having the heat in the attic.

First fan worked fine but was too noisy Procured special fan from Germany for me and only charged me the differential for the top tier fan. It runs very quiet

Scheduling was easy, although it was done by the owner via cell-phone. They were very accommodating to my schedule. Installer was waiting outside my house as I arrived from my job. The work was done quickly. However, the installer did not check the operation of all 3 fans. He asked me to okay the job, and I noticed that one of the fans was vibrating a lot and making noise. He said it was the vent cover or something else, and it should go away; that if it gets worse, to call the office. (He seemed a little tired, as it was around 4 p.m.). Frankly, I wondered if that fan was new or not. The next day the fan was so noisy that I did call the office, and they scheduled a free follow-up to correct the problem. I requested another installer, as I was not confident that the first installer would take an interest. The second installer brought a new fan, apologized, and made sure everything was right before he left. My suggestion would be to bring along extra fans in case a fan might be defective. Also, installers need to contact the head office themselves, if the problem is part of their job. It has been two years, and the three fans have performed beautifully.

Very quickly.. He came, installed and left in about 20 minutes. Made me feel like I should have done it much earlier rather than suffering in the heat

I called him and asked about his offer on the phone and told him that I was interested in having it installed in my house. He came to the house and installed it in no time it was installed in just about an hour and half I have about 1200 square feet of roof to cover. Did a great job

Excellent work. The new fan is much quieter than the old one it replaced. A year later and the fan will works well.

the crew showed up on time, were very curtious, explained any difficulties encountered along the way, finished the install on the same day and set the thermostat to my specifications. the upstairs of my home is now much cooler in the summer and there is better air flow in my attic. very happy with this interaction

They did an incomplete job. Our contractor discovered the error, and the company came out and eventually did a through job. However, it just simply wasn't done right the first time.

The serviceman's wife was closer to labor, the baby was imminent, but he was charming and professional. The company contacted me and the appointment was made very soon after the service was purchased. Great service and very nice installer.

I don't know how the fan works since there was only one day that would have required the fan to come on. And on that one day either this is the most silent fan in the world or it didn't come on.
