It seemed to go fine. We saw a few bugs after they left, but nothing to call them back out for. There were no additional fees and it was a great price!

It went very well. There are still some occassional ants, but perhaps that is to be expected. I am told it is a bad year.

It turned out well. My wife primarily dealt with them. He was very professional and friendly. They accommodated our schedule and we haven’t seen any more spiders.

A very personable, helpful service person with a delightful Scottish accent arrived and did the work. We had an increasing ant invasion, and he took care of that. Three months later we still haven't seen a single ant. He answered all of our questions, made suggestions, and got the job done. Highly recommended.

Thursday evening I found ants on a small part of the kitchen floor. I had placed a dish of dry cat food there, and they were drawn to the food. We haven't had a problem with ants since the last time North American Home Services came to our house, and it's been quite awhile. Friday morning I called the company, and they said they could fit us in at 5pm. They called back a bit later and said they could get us in at 2pm, if that would be convenient with us. We were happy to have them come at the earlier time. We told them on the phone that we didn't want the inside of the house sprayed, just the outside. I did want something sprayed on the kitchen floor by the baseboard where we saw the ants. We always put our indoor cats in the garage when work is being done, and we have one who just had surgery, so we were concerned about the chemicals. The technician got here shortly before 2pm. The technician's name was Nymith. He was very courteous, professional, explained what he would be doing and the products he would be using. Instead of spraying the floor by the baseboard in the kitchen, he said he would like to put a small amount of a gel like substance as bait. It would not be harmful to my cats, and we would not have to leave the house. We agreed with that. He got rid of cobwebs on the outside of our house, and there's a place on our patio where we have been finding black spiders. He took a look at it and said they were black widows. He took the time to explain to us how to tell the difference in black widow spider webs and other spider webs! He treated that area also. This is a one time service. The price was $199 with a discount of $40. So the total was $159. One of the things we appreciate about this company is they come out in a timely manner,(I really hate ants), and there is no arm twisting to get us to sign a contract. That makes us feel comfortable, and we will call them again if needed, and recommend them to others.

The guy seemed like he didn't want to be here. He rushed through and granted there are items I couldn't move in the home, he still went quickly. A few weeks later, ants had returned--when I contacted the company about this they said there was no guarantee because I bought this as a Big Deal and didn't contact them directly. They also said if I bought this coupon from Angie's List then there is absolutely no guarantee on their work and they could come back out for an additional $69. I've used them in the past but if they don't fix this then I will not be using them further.

I have a roach problem in a small condo I manage. I contacted North American Home Services (Sacramento,CA) because their ad stated " 100% removal guaranteed on scorpions, spiders, ant, roaches, crickets, pill bugs, earwigs, silverfish". I paid $151 for the advertised services on Friday 7-25-14. I received an email from them asking me to contact them today which is Monday 7-28-14. I contacted them and was told by their assistant manger Amy, that the ad didn't cover roaches. When I pointed out that's not what their ad said on Angie's List, she told me I must be wrong, because roaches are too difficult to treat without regular treatment and a monthly service. I called her back and read the Angie's list ad to her and she said a single treatment wouldn't solve the problem. The women who lives in the condo is on a fixed income and can't afford to pay for a monthly service, so I would like a refund of the $151.

The service went okay. I was not happy with the fact they made appointments and kept changing them. They never called me in advance about it and always had excuses. When they did finally get out to do the work they did a fine job. I believe the pests have gone away since the service.

The gentleman was very pleasant and personable. He explained the procedure to me and also the other services they provide. Did not high pressure me to get additional services, which I appreciated.

Had tried really hard to determine where the entry point was, because had taken care of same problem years ago on my own. Was pulling hair out until neighbor suggested professional service might be needed. Upon getting first estimate (chose from Angie's list - but there is a work performed difference between monthly service type of work versus ... and a super-A rating needs to be corresponded with work done. While showing the situation, discovered the entry point was really obvious now and was where I had looked before and not seen anything amiss. The first estimate was in the $4000 range. When I questioned the cost, the salesperson/estimator implied their solution would be final with no call-backs and said "we don't use subcontractors, call and get another estimate and ask if they use subcontractors"). Since I was desperate to get the problem solved quickly after a month of suspicions, I phoned someone I had found on Angie's List - maybe 5 min. away from my house. I got immediate response from North American Home and Pest Services with estimate of $600 and immediate start that Sat. (It was Thurs. & everything else booked). I had not had time to check out state contractor's licensing and BBB. Had to guide the work quite a bit from my internet research, but Robert (sales, but does go under house and assists some of work). Had to insist on screening with less than 1/4" grid spacing (a mouse can get in where a pencil fits) and paid extra for new crawl space door. The largest cost is for the cleaning spray and re-screening, which ended up trapping the rat under the house or in bathroom vanity (not what Robert had thought that the rodent(s) were still there). Trap boxes were not immediately available, so open traps were set with bait gel (lots neater than home baits.) Nothing caught, but heard sounds again and checked below the guest bathroom sink. Aargh! Robert came out and was very nice about cleaning out the messy contents, then set a trap there and went around checking others previously set outside and under the house. I actually heard the trap snap in the guest bathroom vanity when Robert was out setting traps outside and under the house. It's too bad the rat wasn't caught first, then the dis-infecting done. Robert was very responsive and patient about explaining things and his experiences (which he was sure the critter was outside at the time they sprayed). Last trap pick-up a month later was only delay. Rats are sneaky. The entry was due to cable TV wiring at bottom side of crawl space door (not wanting them to drill a hole into the house siding - the experienced cable guy warned me about varmints getting in at crawlspace) AND prior large belly termite inspector bending the bottom slot that holds the crawlspace door AND rat(s) bending the groove slot to ease entry, eventually the heavy wood cover I had made was holding the crawlspace door screen against the wall, but the bottom crawlspace door holder had been bent underneath unseen. Weird, because I had checked that crawlspace entry (maybe more hurriedly) and not seen a thing (maybe should have seen droppings) when I pulled the cover back - maybe a week or 2 before that first estimate. Rats are clever and persistent and need water to survive and will look where to nest.

Very well. I scheduled the date. They arrived on time and provided the service, which took less than one hour, then they left. The representatives were both personable and professional. I have since signed up for every other month service.

Their service provider was very professional and thorough. He made sure I understood what services he was going to provide and also what chemicals he would be using. He was quick and was attentive to details. I would highly recommend them!

Went well, no sign of wasps afterward

Person was quite indifferent and took a minimum of time. Admittedly, I haven't seen any insects inside yet. However, in the garage I have seen several. I didn't feel the person was very conscientious.

Worked great, no recurrence, good deal.

Robert was timely, professional and knowledgeable. I have not seen any ants since he sprayed for them a week ago.

They didn’t tell me until I called that this wasn’t a guaranteed service. They told me that if I had a problem within 30 days they weren’t responsible. I used them last year and they guaranteed for 30 days, but with the Big Deal I didn’t get the 30 guarantee.

The service was great. The provider came out and was very friendly and informative. He pointed out areas of concern and what kind of webs I had. He recommended that I leave the house for about 30 mins as well as my dogs. There is no smell in the house and I feel better knowing that I had it sprayed.

The service went well although there was a little snag with scheduling -- he came out on a day we weren't expecting. We've definitely seen a difference since he came out. He sprayed around our perimeter and in the garage, and did a great job explaining about the chemicals he was using. He was very professional and was good in offering his services in the future.

They are very professional. I had them come out twice on my other house and I ended up getting a monthly service by them because I like them. They actually work out better than the other company. Their treatment actually killed the bugs pests and nothing go around and they got rid of everything.

Jesse was great. I would call them again if wasps return.

Clean webs out and sprayed - no turn of pests. Very fast and clean.

Everything went fine with no problems. However antsa did appear again in about a month.
