All went well, except they never followed up to ensure we did not have any pests and they never came back to collect the rodent traps.

It was fine. Purchased a $79 big deal. It was a pretty straight forward type of deal.

They did a great job. They were very accommodating with the schedule. They were very friendly and thorough.

The ants came marching in. Lots and lots of ants. and a few spiders too. North American Home Services had a really great deal for $69. A one time ant and insect treatment. I had priced a couple of other providers outside of Angie's list and was quoted between $125 and $175. North American valued it at $199. So, I bought the big deal. Well, it turns out it wasn't that big of a deal. The standard one time treatment offer usually comes with a 30 day warranty. Not this deal. If I wanted the work guaranteed it was an extra $50. If I wanted the exact same service other providers were quoting me I would have to pay $119. And the sales person was quick to warn me that by treating my yard and house I might stir the bugs up and they might actually come back in force. I am sure this is a factual statement. But, it seems sort of disingenuous to offer a service that usually comes with a 30 day guarantee and then charge extra for the warranty. PROS: The service man was courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. The price for a one time treatment was a good value at $69.00. He was able to do a treatment that seems effective (so far) and that didn't require us to leave the house for several hours. CONS: Angie's list only allows the vendor to contact you through Angie's List messaging. Which means none of the information you fill in online to get the deal gets passed to the vendor. Vendor doesn't clearly spell out that the one time treatment does not come with a warranty of any kind. I can find this same service for significantly less than $199.

The service was good and they are easy to work with. I was impressed with their service for the initial visit. They were easy to schedule with and they are prompt . I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. The only problem I've had with them was when I wanted to push out the quarters that they came out. They weren't able accommodate my request, and for that reason I may try to find someone more flexible with dates.

He did a great job. I would take him again in a minute. I've never seen such treatment because the ants just stopped. He was only out here one time. He did the necessary spots because I can't even find an ant now. He did an excellent job. it couldn't be better. He's the best you can get.

Price seemed good. Price was reasonable. I had a good experience. I would give A's all the way.

Mike did a great job. He even went around the eaves and knocked down the spider webs.

Very thorough. Asked me questions to assure that he was spraying and setting poisons in appropriate areas. Have not seen a reinfestation of either gophers or bees.

They were really good. He was super helpful and informative. It was great. The work that they did turned out great.

Went well. They were on time, fast, and cleaned up various cobwebs and the like. Haven't seen any crawly things yet.

That turned out great. They came May 3, 2013 and they offered me a special for another year which I took advantage of at that time. There were no other charges apart from the big deal at that time. But I paid for the offer that same day too. The service was for a quarterly service for one year and I think it costs $89. North American Home Services has a very good quality of work. Their customer service was good. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time.

It was fine. They call the day before they come. They make sure that my dog doesn't get out of the gate. They come every two months.

Arrived on time, very courteous. Asked about any pest issues we had, explained the solutions. Sprayed the pesticide as explained and asked to follow up if issues were seen.

The ant problem was solved.

John was very nice and professional with explaining what he was doing at every step. He will be doing sprays every 2 months in the future...

They performed the inspection and then as we were discussing our problem we found that a longer term contract would be beneficial. So we signed a one year contract and they applied the $99 from the Big Deal towards that. They traps have been laid and they are returning next week to check them. I will provide an update then. We felt that their contract was very reasonable and hope to see good results from.

I am a brand new customer to Angie's List and this was my first experience from start to finish: I receive an email regarding pest control services from Angie's List for $69. I happen to need that service so I purchase it. Angie's List charges me $159 right off the bat. I email them, they say they'll take care of it. Then North American Home Services schedules my appointment from 11 to 12pm. They don't show up. I call them and ask what is going on. They say it is actually 11 to 1. They have been telling me 11 to 12 the whole time. Okay, fine, I can take an extra hour off work. They still don't show up in the window, even though I was promised by Amy at NAHS that he would "definitely" be there in the window. It is really sad that this was my first and last experience with Angie's List and NAHS. The only positive part of the whole thing was the service I got from Eric V at Angie's List, who refunded me my subscription and service fees. Other than that, the whole thing has been a nightmare.

the first time they came out, I did not realize exactly what the service was and I had to postpone. They were extremely accommodating and very friendly and had no problem rescheduling the visit. This was huge because I had to paint the baseboards and they said painting the baseboards would remove what they were doing. I am very glad that they came back I have not seen any ants or spiders or any insects at all since they've been here and it's about a month or so. Highly recommended, would definitely use them again, and I am strongly considering the monthly service as soon as we get settled in to our new house.

That service tuned out excellent. They were punctual. They took care of the job quickly. Just one employee came out and it took him under 30 minutes.

I did not use the full service since I had cats in my house so we just did the exterior pest treatment. He got rid of yellow jackets and inspected the perimeter of the house. He was able to take out two different nests for me.

The representative named Nymith was very knowledgeable regarding outdoor and indoor pests. We requested him to check out some trees that had some wasps hovering around grapefruits because our pool guy was stung by something a few days before. He did not see any nests but promised to return should we see any nests when the leaves were trimmed. He also explained what he was going to do and answered all our questions regarding wasps, bees, spiders, etc. He knocked down some wasp nests around the house and removed spider webs. He sprayed around the perimeter of the house since we refused any interior treatment. The work was done professionally and expediently. We were impressed by Nymith's service delivery.
