Description of Work: I am still in a contract with them and so I will continue to use the services, but I haven't been terribly impressed by the outcomes and I think the price is a little higher than others.

Description of Work: After 5 days my kitchen was infested with ants! When contacted, they suggested that we get their monthly service which is something that I have never had to do. Very disappointing ... and we sprayed on our own using over the counter sprays and have not had a problem since. Thank you.

Description of Work: Provided education, sprayed perimeter of house and indoors in areas that were problematic for ants. Took down all spider webs under eaves and patio cover. They are willing to come out between scheduled services and address a problem that recurs at no additional charge.

Description of Work: SpRayed for spiders. Several hours late while owner waited in occupied rental. Not a good situation. Many phone calls to business to ask where serviceman was? |Serviceman admitted he was on the other side of town and knew he was hours late. Should have contacted waiting customer. Tried to make up mistake, but should have called about lengthy delay. Time is valuable and delay was inconvenient.

Description of Work: Explained everything I needed to know-there was no pressure to sign up for monthly maintenance-I decided to do that because of how professional they are. I have seen no sign of ants or wasps since the initial service. They are scheduled to come next month for followup.

Description of Work: I purchased a $69 Big Deal for a Preventive Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment for my visually impaired son on Father's Day. I wasn't satisfied. The person I initially spoke with on the phone told me I would have to move all my furniture and appliances. They sent out one guy and a girl. The attitude of the guy who came was very unpleasant. He came and explained that basically they don't do a thorough job for Angie's List. They only sprayed our home for maybe only 3-4 minutes! It wasn't barely anything. We couldn't be in the house during the treatment or for two following the treatment so my granddaughter and I proceeded to the driveway to wait. When they completed the job, they left my doors open because the doors needed to be open for 2 hours after the treatment. This seemed silly considering they treated our home for maybe 5 minutes! They were very unpleasant. I would not recommend them or use them again.
