Went very well. Techs that came to the house were fantastic. Had initial appt 06/05 and one follow up 06/12 so far, since ants came back a bit. Ants came back again, tho in a smaller area, a couple days ago, so I'm cking to see if I can have them come out once more. The only thing I wasn't super happy about my contact with the company was: I confirmed over the phone with the office staff for my initial appt, We discussed future service, then based on what I was told I indicated I wanted their bi-monthly service (I was quoted a very decent rate). However, when the techs came to the house with the paperwork the staff sent with them, I saw that what I was supposed to sign would lock me in for a year, with cancellation penalties, etc etc. I was never told about a locked-in contract during my extensive phone conversation, and was very annoyed with what felt like bait and switch tactics. I'm not sure if I'll sign up for the long term service yet, still thinking about it at the moment. Apparently you can sign up for a "no contract" arrangement, but at a higher price, which the size of my house just doesn't justify.

Great. Simple service, but important to us as we had several wasp nests already and wanted to make sure they were treated and no further nests would be created.

Provider arrived at appointed time. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns, told me what the procedure was, then sprayed outside. Before spraying inside he had me exit the house; then he sprayed inside and had me stay out for 2 hours. When I returned there were no residual odors, which I really appreciated. I would definitely have him do service again.

Good job. No more bugs.

They come out every 3 months. They're pretty thorough. The first time they came out, they did a bigger spray. The quality with bug spray is good.

It went fine. We found them on Angie's List. They're very friendly. They come whenever we need them to between regular service. It costs $90 every three months.

It was fine. I've been using him for three years. They always call me like instant communication...24 hours before they arrive. They're reliable.

It went really well. They seemed to be really knowledgeable. They came out multiple times to inspect concerning the initial call. They never found anything but they came out to inspect over and over.

It turned out our two cats were in the attic, not rats. The tech advised us how they were getting into the attic, left two traps in the yard in case of rats outside. Good job on explaining the traps. We had someone block off access later so the cats are no longer frolicking up there.

It was fine. They came out within a couple days and there were no extra charges. They did what they said they would do and they stuck to what was advertised.

The inspector refused to inspect. Here is why: We had a roofer fix tiles and he noticed rot and suggested we get a termite inspection. The inspector yelled at my husband and said it is illegal for our roofer, an untrained person to guess we had termites and then said we don't inspect attics. We didn't even ask him to inspect the attic, we just wanted a termite inspection. My husband had opened the garage for him to inspect baseboards and he just walked away and refused to inspect.

First visit for general pest control. Originally purchased the one-time pest control but decided to sign up for service on continual basis. Amy, Acct. Manager, in the office, is friendly and knowledgeable. Exterminator called ahead of time to notify of expected arrival which was courteous. Contract discussed with the exterminator and terms of the agreement were the same as discussed with Amy over the phone--no bait and switch. Overall, he was professional and my interaction with the company as a whole has been a positive experience thus far.

We got an Angie's list deal for indoor/outdoor pest prevention service. Arranged for time of visit. Mike showed up promptly and took a quick look around and then asked us if we were having any pest issues. We pointed out a couple of things and Mike explained what he could do to help and then he did what he said he would do. Very pleased. He would have done inside of house with a protective layer spraydown line, but my wife and I aren't keen on using pesticides unless necessary. Mike is very personable and patient. We asked a lot of questions and he gave us good answers, I think. Will definitely use again.

The technician, Nymith, was professional and explained each step of what he was doing. Fortunately, there was no current rodent activity.

After 3 years of using this company I finally got the brains to tell them to tack a hike and now use a much better pest control service. These guys had me convinced that if I did not use them every month, the earwigs I had would over take my home. As it was, with them coming out every month and charging me $60.00 a month I would still find 8 or more earwigs in my home every night. Now that I am with Pro Active Pest Control I have NO earwigs at all. Also, the stafe that handles the office for North American are so rude and nasty I don't see how they are still in business. In looking for another pest control company I found that I have been paying twice as much $60.00 per MONTH to have my apt sprayed by These people. I wrote a letter asking about this and got a very nasty unprofessional and sort of threatening letter from a James, I think he is the owner of the company. In short he said I got what I got and I better shut up about it. Funny his company is called North American being he seems to think this is some Communist country that people can be told not to tell others of their problems with a business or complain to the owner of such business. Do not use these people!

There was a added $50 charge for roof and attic inspection above the coupon deal which i found more than reasonable. The tech did an excellent job of inspecting and gave me a clear and informative report of what he found. He has been beck several times to check traps. Highly recommend!

I called Angie's List on this company and they had great ratings. They did a great job, the owner came out to check out what was going on. He informed us of exactly what was going on. He recommended we go buy some pheromone traps for moths. He even took the time to check for termites, which is what we originally thought they were. We thanked him and he left without even charging us.

It went well as far as them being on time and the technician was courteous, but I still have ants in showers.

It went quite well indeed. The last stage of the remediation was installing a rat-proof wood and steel mesh cage in our furnace closet. This was a mind and body numbing job. It would have been nearly impossible for anyone other than Houdini to work inside this incredibly constricted space. But Robert, North American's service manager literally spent the entire day constructing a one-of-a kind structure to keep rats out of the furnace in the unlikely event they entered the house through an unseen gateway. We kept telling Robert to stop what he was doing because it was ridiculously above and beyond the contracted services we had paid for. Bob Robert persisted and kept making the keep-out cage better and better. I've never experienced such incredibly conscientiously good service. I'd recommend this company to do anything in my house at any time, even repair jobs they're not licensed to do. Do I make my point? North American goes all out in making sure the job is done right. I cannot recommend them too highly. I'll try to attach photos so you can see Robert in action.

The representative was very friendly and professional. I had a really good experience. The price was a very good price. I would absolutely use them again in the future if needed.
