[Member Name Removed], You purchased the coupon in December 26 2014, an email went out the same day with our contact information because there was no phone # provided to us to call you, never heard from you. Sent another email to you in Feb 10 and 23rd 2015 again, didn't hear from you. Got an email from your wife [Member Name Removed] on 3-24-15 with a phone #, I emailed her her back through Angie's List and left a message, no response back, did the same thing 3-25-15 and again 4-14-15 and 5-15-15, and 7-6-15 and 8-10-15, still to this day, no phone call or response back to our email conversation on Angie's List. I would appreciate you changing/removing/or altering your feed back to reflect the truth. On another note, you are not out $99, you can not get cash back from Angies list or from us but you have a voucher for the $99 towards service with us. If you call me in the office we can arrange for a service to be done when you have pest activity at no charge since you have already paid for it. I am sorry that you felt like we were avoiding you but clearly, we were not, we made every attempt to communicate with you and get you scheduled. Positive side, we can still do that if you call us to arrange the apt time.
