Description of Work: I was having the exterior and interior of my home sprayed for bugs, ants, spiders etc. It appeared the technician was doing a good job, but i did not smell the typical bug spray odor. Then after I explained that we had ants under the sink and in the kitchen, he assured me he would take care of it. When I accompanied him inside, he asked me to leave for safety reasons. He was inside the home about 3 minutes. Upon returning to the inside of my home, I looked for evidence of spray and expected some sort of odor based upon his need for me to vacate the home. I do not know what insecticide he used outside, and I seriously doubt he sprayed any insecticide inside the home, as was advertised.

Description of Work: Needed to pay additional amount to complete the service needed. Even though they advertised that they will remove small pests, need to pay extra to set traps in the attic. However they were very professional and followed and overall happy with the service and outcome.

Description of Work: Minor rodent exclusion plus one month follow-up. They were helpful, but I had trouble getting the correct phone number to the technician who showed up each time unexpectedly. There was a communication problem between the technician and the office. Otherwise, Rocky was respectful, helpful and even helped me understand how I could finalize some exclusion projects on my own.

+ -1 moreThree hours after the scheduled appointment window I called the company who seemed surprised that I didnt get a call telling me the worker would be late. I contacted the company twice more that day and they were surprised each time that the worker didnt contact me. I rescheduled a week later to be first in the day and he did not keep the appointment slot or call.
Description of Work: Never showed up to do the actual work. I rescheduled after the first no show and experienced a second no show.
