I wanted to ask you why you gave us the "D" grade? After reading your written review, I was a little confused, and I wanted to know why you thought that the overall experience was a "D". Angie's List is the one organization who offers the coupons, prices, and the services. Was it the additional charge that occurred with your treatment that prompted you to the "D" grade? That was the only issue from reading your review that would lead me towards the low rating. If that is the case, I just wanted to point out that the coupons you purchase through Angie's List are their coupons, not ours, so the additional charge was to add value to the already existing program that Angie's List offers their members. I wanted to explain this in hopes that you would consider giving us a higher grade knowing this. Again, I am pleased that you were so satisfied with your treatment and hope that you will consider us for any future pest issues.
