The exterminator was punctual. Very friendly and was willing to answer all of my questions, which was a lot. Finished on time and there were no surprises with the quoted price. Would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good and it went well. I am very happy with it. They gave me a call a day prior so I would be able to unlock the gate so they could spray the back of my house. I would have forgotten if they hadn't. They were great. The price was reasonable. They did knock down some wasps but I would have liked them to have cleaned them off completely. I would definitely use them again.

The technician sprayed outside our house on one day. It was nice that the offer included a follow-up visit because the ants had returned. But after the second application, we have not found any ants in our home. Both technicians were polite and the second one was very knowledgable. He really seemed to understand how the insects live and migrate. The only thing I'm not sure about is why they didn't spray inside the house.

This was the best pest service appointment I have EVER had in the past 20 years. The technician Raul Salazar was very knowledgeable about the chemicals used and procedures. He went under the house, found the ant's nest and their traffic patterns. He baited the high traffic areas and within a few hours we quit seeing ants inside the house and none have returned. The only negative I could say is that they arrived 60 minutes late, due to some employee problems. In light of the excellent job they did, I'm overlooking the employee tardiness and will give them the benefit of their explanation. If I ever have bug problems again, I will use this company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went really good. I would recommend them. There were no additional charges. He gave me advice as well so he was really good.

I am extremely happy with the guy that came out, with their promptness and everything. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The technician was very thorough and said if I had a problem with the ants coming back in the kitchen that he would come right back out and spray again, and he did. I have not had a problem since then. I have already recommended them.

They called me to set up an appointment. Although there was a little mix-up between the time I was told on the phone and the time they sent to me in the e-mail, all worked out and things were fine. The service guy arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do. He did the outside first and then the interior. I've had routine pest treatment applied before in the house I owned in southern California. And also in the rental house I was in n Northern California. this one was unlike any I've had before. he was very through in the interior, spraying high and low. It was WET! - and when I say wet - I do mean wet, wetter than any I've had before. After all said and done, I turned on the whole house fan to dry all the floors, walls, corners, etc quickly. And I also washed the cats paws - just in case (they loved that lol). When I went outside the later that day there was a huge spider web at the fence going from the top of the gate, out about 4 feet in an angle to the ground. I do not know how he could have missed it. I would have thought he would take down the cobwebs/spider webs when spraying. Since I did not watch him outside I do not know if he did all the outside or not. I don'[t think spiders will make such a large web so fast if he had knocked it down, and I would certainly hope that he sprayed for spiders since I mentioned to him that there were spiders.

The team worked well from my initial call to scheduling through service. I had contemplated the Angie's List Big Deal for purely preventative measures on a house I just moved in to. I called them for details, which they were very pleased to provide. The next morning I woke to ants in one specific area where someone had left out a sugary drink and decided to book their services. They were amazingly responsive and were able to accommodate my schedule. The service representative was clear, thorough, professional and seemed knowledgable when investigating in and outside the premises. He explained their maintenance program but was not pressuring. I look forward to seeing how the treatment works after a couple days.

Everything went well. They were highly responsive when I called to schedule, and they were very understanding when I called to reschedule later. They did such a good job, in fact, that I have decided to use them on a regular basis.

There was some confusion regarding my date and time. They called and changed it from Wednesday to Thursday due to a duplicate booking, but the gentleman showed up at the Wednesday date and I was not prepared. He was very courteous and moved some of the outdoor stuff away from the house so he could spray. They did not tell me to move anything against the home away.

They were great about accommodating my need to schedule the inspections by a certain date. The inspectors were on time, courtious, and thorough. The home inspections each took about three and half hours with the last hour devoted to walking me through the house and pointing out everything that was noticed and informative things that a new homeowner would need to know such as where the main water shut off was, etc. They took the time to answer all of my questions and even encouraged me to call if I thought of any questions later on. The actual inspection report was delivered via email within one working day and was very detailed with a lot of pictures to support their observations. Excellent work. I would use them again.

From the moment I called their office, I knew they would be great. Adam showed up on time and did the initial spraying. Two weeks later he arrived right on time and completed the extermination. Very knowledgeable and professional. No one wants to have to use exterminators, but if I ever need one again, I'll call them.

I purchased the Angie's List big deal. A couple days later, I got a call from the provider and they scheduled me the appointment. The gentleman arrived on time, called while in route. He asked what needed to happen and he performed those activities. It was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. I was a little confused when I received an invoice in the mail showing payment due. I called the office and left a message about it. Monday morning, I recieved an email from the office explaning there is a regulation where the services and chemicals used must be provided in writing and they were awaiting payment from Angie's List. I confirmed that no additional action needed to be taken by me, they responded quickly letting me know that I did not need to take more action. I was very pleased with the whoel transaction. It was smooth and the service provider was very responsive.

Rats infested my workshop outbuilding, used for storage, during the long freezing spell over the winter. I purchased a 30 day service to get rid of them from North American in January 2013. On first visit, though friendly & trying to be helpful, the man was not supplied with the proper equipment for rat extermination (he said he had not been told that was what the job was). When he returned, he had large size old-style wooden traps with springs, which he placed in the shop. He covered some obvious access points with wire, but couldn't find them all. The spring traps got 2 rats before they became too smart and just sprung them for the bait. He also tried sticky traps, but those didn't work at all. In the end, 30 days and $300 got me 2 dead rats and the rest of the large family happy and cozy where they were. The technician visited and reset traps approximately 4 or 5 times in the 30 days.
