I called NAHS for a problem with squirrels in the house. Rocky, who happened to be in the neighborhood on another job, came within two hours of my call to assess the problem. He found the places where the squirrels could get in and closed the openings with wire mesh. Unfortunately, shortly after he left I found that two baby squirrels were trapped and could not get out of the house. Rocky returned the next day to fashion an opening so that the animals could escape but could not get get back into the house. I watched the babies emerge from the house and the squirrel mother carry them off. Rocky returned a few days later and closed the opening again permanently. He did a wonderful job and did not charge for the extra two trips.

Work was very professional and provider was extremely helpful. Would use again if needed in the future.

I was satisfied with the job. The gentleman came out and did what he said he would do. He sprayed interior and exterior. We had a little mix up on the time but he was very apologetic. I even signed up for reoccuring service.

I got a contract with them. They were very punctual and in fact I had them come out the second time for some bugs I wanted them to go after in the house. Once they sprayed the bugs came out and died, so that was taken care of. So I signed a contract with them to come out every two months for pest control for bugs outside. They were very good and through.

Once we had the report, we proceeded with the purchase. There were problems noted and they even found rotted wood the Termite Inspection had missed. They were so nice we referred them to a friend who was buying a home nearby. The first problem cropped up when we hired an electrician to do some minor work. From the found level and 25 feet away he commented that the electrical panel replacement was new and had not been done with a permit nor the cooperation of the electric utility. There were double splices on the mast. Upon approaching the panel, the electrician commented that the seal on the meter had been removed. Upon opening the panel, he noted there was no inspection sticker in the panel. He took the cover off the panel and said, 'there is no ground system". The sole ground was to the water pipe that clearly turned to pvc 6 inches from the group wire. 2013 code reads two ground rods at least 6 feet apart. The first receptacle opened revealed that the ground wire was spliced to the neutral. This allowed the test meter to read "'grounded". I contacted the inspector from North American and he had his manager call me back to explain that they weren't responsible for errors or oversights in their reports. To over themselves, every section of the report suggests contacting a specialist to examine each area. (What did I hire them for?) He told me they do not remove receptacles even though three of the receptacles in the report showed problems in the report. We had the seller fix them based on North American's report. He said they don't take the panel cover off (even though they did it in front of us). Subsequently our handy man was helping me in the back yard and looked up and said the same thing about the double splice on the electrical mast. The utility discovered it during the last meter reading and is now threatening to "red tag" our house and disconnect the electricity until it is brought up to code and inspected. The first rain after we moved in, brought numerous leaks in the roof. North American inspected the roof and said it was new and in excellent condition. They failed to notice there were spots with no roofing material, felt paper OVER the metal valleys, shingles installed vertically on the gabled roof, improperly installed valleys, and every shingle on the roof was installed with the white nailing line exposed. Further the roof nails came though the sheeting on the porch. The roof needs to be torn off and replaced completely according to 3 licensed roofing contractors. Each came to the same conclusion without any information or influence from us.

The only complaint I would say was the outside electrical outlet wasn't reattached properly. The power outlet wasn't bolted down.

Office and field personnel were very courtesy and knowledgable. Field tech was on time which is very important to me.

Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, personable tech who was careful of my home. Arrived on time, was effecient, answered my questions, & addressed my needs. Was careful aout health issues as he informed me would have to leave house for a few hours after done with interior (not a prob- went shopping) Upon review of costs, billing is confusing...bought a $69 A's deal (for a $199 job) BUT the paperwork the tech left states my coupon was worth $110 so the service fee is $89 (not $69) as well as a bill (invoice) the tech left is for $53.74- I have no clue what it is for... I decided to go with a service my brother uses which use natural products

He came and did some chemical spray to tart ants and other insect problem. He spent most of his visit time sitting in his car in front of our house. Ants came back on third day the treatment. Yes, I did receive few calls (very annoying) from them to sell more stuff even after I told the I am not happy with the service they provided.

I bought this deal through Angie's list, which seemed like a great bargain, it was spring, and I guess insects were coming out of their hibernation, my problem was these small ants invading my kitchen and bathrooms as if they were their own backyard. Normally my kitchen is very clean, but occasionally crumbs do happen, or some spill here or there that I didnt get the chance to clean. Even if kitchen was squeaky clean, they would still roam around looking for something. I got tired of getting rid of them, and I was trying to avoid spraying any chemicals in my kitchen. I finally decided to solve the problem once and for all, and went for North American Home services. I called them couple of times trying to schedule a service, but the person in charge of that was always busy, so I had to leave a message and a request for a call back, I guess they were overwhelmed with people buying this deal, they never called me back, it is only on the third time that I called and complained that this wasnt my first time calling, that they reached the person in charge to schedule the appointment. Ignoring this minor inconvenience, the person explained to me what they will do exactly, what to expect, and how they will solve the problem, they were very thorough. On the day that their field person came, he went over the steps again, and I was happy to know that he wont need to spray any harmful chemicals in the kitchen, but rather use some kind of bait jell that he put all over hidden corners which should attract ants and then they carry it back to their colony, which is supposed to wipe them out, he warned be of higher than normal ant activity the first 24-48 hours until the whole cycle is complete, but after that, they all dissappeared... SUCCESS!!! He also sprayed around the house, I liked how thorough he was, he sprayed everything up and down including the lights which are the usual spiders hangout area, he avoided spraying around my fruit trees and vegetable garden, which I forgot to warn him about. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the results, just hope they work on improving their appointment scheduling process.

The big deal turned out just fine, I was satisfied. There weren't any additional charges besides the $69 of the big deal. They did a good job. I was having ant issues inside, but it was also preventative. I would recommend them, and it was a positive experience. They gave me an estimate for dry wall repair, based on the termite inspection, but that was a bit high.

They were wonderful! I called Amy to talk about my situation. I had to pay extra because I had a large home which was fine. She gave me all of the pricing information and was very nice and friendly. Robert who came out was equally professional and nice and got the job done very quickly. He volunteered to do extra work that wasn’t included in the coupon because he had extra time. They were delightful all the way around!

I took advantage of a Big Deal when I saw wasps among the eaves of my new home. Kim, the Client Account Manager, was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with to set up the appointment. Service technician John arrived at the scheduled time and was pleasant, professional and efficient. He went about his work quietly and unobtrusively, and was done in no time. I was extremely pleased with the service, and won't hesitate to call them again if I have another pest problem! Bonus: John has a delightful Scottish brogue.

We were contacted by the main office and they were friendly and professional. They explained the service to be provided and what options were available to us. We scheduled the service at our convenience and were informed as to who would be sent and what his qualifications were. Troy showed up on the scheduled day and was knowledgeable and professional. He quickly got to work after walking the property and inside of the house with me. He explained what chemicals he would use and discussed with us any potential toxicity to our family pets. He cleaned out old wasp nests and spider webs and sprayed the exterior and interior of the house for prevention of future infestations. We were impressed with the whole team and did sign up for future visits on a periodic (approximately every 2 months) basis. He explained that he would return at any time we had need of further pest control and that the interim visit would be at no charge to us. For the most part I guess that they did a good job. We are new to the area and can only compare to the pest service we had from Washington State that we thought was excellant.

The only thing I would ask in the future is to be more mindful of closing and latching the gate when they are done. I found my dog out front in my yard later that evening :) All in all a very positive experience.

The service was fine. He came on time and did what he was supposed to do. The service seems to have taken care of everything that I needed taken of.

They only spray inside upon request and I thought it was to be done each time, other wise I would not have signed the contract I think it is for 6 months. Not happy

It was not great. They could not get rid of the ants. They came two times and made another appointment. But he didn't show up. He was courteous and business like.

The tech was perfect. I was given options for times for his arrival and he was courteous and on time.

They called me back like they said they would, the lady was very nice, enthusiastic and friendly. I had to reschedule for the following day and he said it would be no problem. He never showed up on Tuesday and did not call. He called me Wednesday and apologized and came out the following day for the service. He was very nice to work with. I was disappointed because the deal said it was for the complete interior and exterior of the house. He did the complete outside but did not do any treatment inside because we would have to be out of the house for a few hours along with our dogs, which we were not told over the phone. He checked that he did not complete the service due to our request which was not requested. I felt I only got half of what I paid for. I am going to talk to the owner to make it right because I had already signed up with them to come back every two months for additional services. They gave me a really great deal for continuing with their service.

Sprayed exterior for ants, earwigs, spiders, black widows and swept spider webs from eaves. |Troy did an excellent job of explaining and accomplishing the work. Will come back to respray within 30 days if needed. Great deal for a one time service, which is what I wanted!

Super nice guy. Very thorough in explaining what he was going to do, chemicals he was using, how to protect my pets and myself. Not only treated house and removed cobwebs, he also did my entire fence.

The service turned out fine. There were no additional charges to the big deal. He was very friendly, and he was not sure about the effect of the spray on my wood floors. He was conscientious, and he called his management to ensure that the specific product they use would not cause problems with it. I have cork flooring. He was really concerned about that. Those things stood out to me. The price was obviously good. The quality of his work seemed to be fine. I really do not have anything to compare it against, but there is no reason not to say it did not work. I did not have any issues with his responsiveness. I believe he was perfectly punctual, and his professionalism is fine.
