+ -1 moreGlenn Mueller and his subcontractors were helpful, friendly, skilled, and professional. They advised us, explained what they were going to do, answered all our questions, and did exactly what they said they would. Glenn oversaw all the subcontractors' work and did a lot of the work himself, acted as the liaison between us and the subcontractors, communicated with us constantly during the job, interacted with both our real estate agent and the buyers' agent when necessary, and made sure we were happy with the work. It was so nice to work with someone we trusted, who had a great work ethic, and who listened to us! I highly recommend Glenn as a hands-on General Contractor.
Description of Work: We hired Mueller Construction to help us get our parents' older home ready to sell and do the Home Inspection work agreed to with the prospective buyers. The most challenging part of the job was moving washer and dryer hookups from the kitchen to the breezeway, an enclosed area between the main part of the house and the garage. Other work involved yard work, sprinkler repair, painting, plumbing for the washer and dryer and bringing the hot water heater plumbing up to code, rewiring the electrical panel, and fixing some cracks in the sheetrock.
