I am so pleased with the way the exterior painting of my 2 story, 110 year old house turned out. Eduardo and his crew are responsible and dedicated workers. I would have to say that they went above and beyond to complete this job. Eduardo takes pride in his work and checked in with me often to make sure I was happy with the way the job was going. His rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Eduardo and his crew to my friends and family and anyone else looking for a reliable painter. In fact, we are already discussing another project.

Eduardo and his team did a great job. They helped moving furniture around, paid attention to details, and finished within the scheduled time. We walked with him at the end and there was absolutely nothing that needed fixing. Very pleased with the professional level of the team. Highly recommended.

Eduardo and his team did an amazing job overall. He offered a fair price to paint the interior walls of my house including all doors, trims, and ceiling. He helped with the sheen selection, and did a scope walkthrough to test the colors before we started the project. The team was professional and punctual. I would definitely recommend E&M painting if you are looking for an experienced painter in the area.

Edwardo and his team were the best team I have hired in a long time. In fact I might go so far as to say the best ! I've worked in property management for years and hired LOTS of work teams, so it's high praise for me to think of them so well. They arrived on time for each day, respecting COVID protocols. They set up each day - asking me my needs. Cleaned up each night - completely. The painting work was superb - clean lines - I haven't found a flaw yet (and I looked). I will hire them again any time I need painting work. They have a real CAN DO attitude. I fully recommend them as painters!

Excess stain was stripped from a deck. Eduardo was prompt and did a good job.

Very well, Eddie and his crew did an excellent job painting the interior of our home. They completed the work on schedule, cleaned up everyday and were careful moving household items. Eddie also did an excellent job sanding and staining our front door when other companies said to just paint the door, that it was too much trouble to re-stain. Eddie also guarantees his work and works hard to make sure you are happy with the final results when work is completed.

The workmanship was great. We have an old house. I was concerned I was putting lipstick on a pig when thinking about painting. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Eddie really worked to stay within budget, do a beautiful job and comeback just to check for anything needing attention. His men were kind and all wore masks. They even touched up a wall that was not on the list just so everything looked brand new. Now I'm actually looking for things that need painting. Great Job Fellas....

Short version: Eddie did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our 1948 stucco & wood-siding house, at a very fair price, and we'd hire him again. He was extremely responsive on phone and text, and worked with safety and respect in the COVID era (e.g. masks, distancing). Long version: My wife and I had to get our 1948 stucco & wood-siding house re-painted because the paint was peeling (despite it being painted only a couple years prior by the prior owner), wasn't patched properly, and we didn't like the color. We got several bids. When Eddie came by to look at our house, he spent more time than others explaining what he think went wrong with the prior paint job and what he and his team would do differently. What it came down to was the "prep" work (e.g. scraping, cleaning, caulking, and patching the surface), and Eddie showed us in detail where the prep wasn't correctly done and how he would do it differently. He also shared his insights into paint color, brands and helped inform the decision we made on colors. His price was very fair for the amount of days he would be spending on our house. However, the main thing my wife and I were concerned about was the prep work and ensuring that who we hired would focus on that with great detail. Eddie committed to that when he explained his process and what he would do on all the problem areas on the house. Eddie and his colleague Jonathan spent several days prepping the surface (including showing it to us on a walk around so we could sign-off on the work), priming, adding two coats of paint, and clean-up. We would re-hire and recommend Eddie to others who want comfort knowing that an important investment like an exterior house painting will be done correctly and by someone who is reliable and very easy to work with.

In my 35 years of experience with fixer uppers Eduardo is the most ETHICAL person I have encountered. Detailed job description, creative problem solving, meticulous prep work, courteous, and accomodating.

Eddy and his Crew did an excellent job for me. They were very professional, punctual on timing, friendly, funny, never complained about anything, helped us move heavy furniture. After the project started, we found few minor things that weren't part of the estimates. We requested them to fix it and they really did it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Eddy for anyone looking for a good contractor at a very reasonable price!
