Everyone associated with Millennium has been professional, expert and very nice. Low pressure sales and very careful installation. And everyone has been on time. One thing that attracted me to Millennium early on was their knowledge and transparency exhibited on their website, and their people I've worked with have certainly validated that first impression. I don't know how to rate the value for the money because only time will tell how effective the measures taken have been, but we are off to a good start.

I have used Millennium for about 4 years now. I appreciate that the technician calls ahead to let me know when he is going to arrive and I appreciate that on a couple of occasions when I was harassed by wasps the service came right out . I'm allergic to their sting so it was important to me that the nest(s) be taken care of quickly.

Rip off. I needed a pest/termite inspection done to refinance my house. There is and was never anything wrong with my home due to me having regular pest and insect control with my home with regards to pests. The inspector couldn't find ANYTHING wrong with my home yet he 'needed' to walk around the house again to ensure he did everything right. After his walk around of the house the second time, he magically noticed dry rot on a joint of my wood under the gutter. I asked him to show me and he said there's no need because it will be in my report. After receiving the report I went to where he said the dry rot was and there was no dry rot. It was just two joints of wood that weren't flesh with each other. Millennium wanted to charge me $300 to fix the so called dry rot. I called the inspector to ask that he come back out and he said he will give me a call the next day and the project only cost $300 because that's their minimum service fee for any repair. I never received a call and I got a second opinion from another company that said I have no dry rot. I am now in the process of getting my money back from millennium.
