 + -1 moreWe visted Medimer on Saturday, March 13 and selected 3 slabs of granite. They had 2 other slabs of the same stone but we didn't like the colors in this other lot. We were emphatic about what we wanted and the sales woman marked our 3 slabs. We proceeded to our granite fabricator's business who placed a call to Medimer to confirm they were holding the the slabs. When our fabricator called on Monday, March 22 to have the slabs delivered, Medimer put them off but wouldn't give them a straight answer. Our fabricator finally drove to Medimer, took a photo of the slabs and emailed it to us. It was the wrong 2 slabs of granite! We are heartbroken because this is a very variable granite, the tile has already been torn off our kitchen counters and we have to start at step one finding a replacement (on Friday night at 5pm). Shame on you Medimer!!!
Description of Work: We went to Medimer and selected 3 slabs of granite which they put aside for us. The sales people were less than stellar but I didn't care because all we were doing is busying granite, we had our own fabricator. Our fabricator called same day to confirm the measurements and that the granite was on hold. 10 days later Medimer sold them out from under us to another customer and tried to cover it up. Our fabricator does frequent business with them as well. They are dishonest, buyer beware.

 + 0 moreTHEY CAME AND DEMOLISHED THE KITCHEN. STUFF WAS EVERYWHERE. THEY REPLACED COUNTERTOP AND PUT DOWN MARBLE FLOORING IN THE KITCHEN AS WELL. IT TOOK ABOUT 4 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT.
Description of Work: DID A REMODEL OF MY KITCHEN AND CABINETS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WILL ASK THEM BACK TO DO MY BATHROOMS.
